Μου άρεσε Everything, the showers and toilets were kept clean and the pitches are really spacious! I loved seeing the chickens wandering around as well! Such a lovely campsite

Μου άρεσε A small site (just fifteen pitches), divided into three level 'fields', which is very quiet and peaceful. There is no road noise, and being a small, adults only site, there is hardly any noise from other campers (mainly couples and the odd group). The toilet/shower block is spotlessly clean including fresh water and dog washing facilities. The whole site is very well maintained with rides cut through the grasses, and stands of mature poplars providing shelter from breezes, and a feeling of privacy. The free range chickens are the healthiest I have ever seen (their eggs can be bought). There are close-ish pubs and the excellent, quiet coastline with big beaches and fab nature reserves is just fifteen minutes drive. The couple who run the place are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.

Beautifully kept site with mowed pathways generous size pitches and chickens!
Handy information hut with lots local walks and information
Spotless facilities block with 2 showers and toilets in the ladies and the same in the men’s.
We loved our stay on this gorgeous site and will definitely be back!

Μου άρεσε It was our first time visiting and certainly won’t be the last. An absolute gem of a place, perfect for some much needed rest and relaxation. Kelly was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The site is extremely well cared for. The toilets, showers and wash-up area were all exceptionally clean too!

I just wanted to follow up regarding the pitch allocation note in your feedback. When a booking is first confirmed, the system-generated email does not yet include a pitch number — the space is left blank. This is completely normal and allows us to assign pitches manually to ensure the best experience for each guest.

As soon as your booking came through, I personally allocated your pitch and followed up with a direct message to confirm those details. I want to reassure you that your pitch did not change at any point — though I completely understand how the early system email might have created some confusion. It’s helpful feedback, and I’ll certainly review how we can make our communication even clearer moving forward.

Μου άρεσε Hosts were so welcoming. The pitches are over sized and lots of room between each pitch. Facilities were immaculate and the dog wash station was a great bonus.
Free run hens were fabulous strutting about.
The information “station” was well equipped with maps of the areas trails and villages. Plus a book exchange/library and a selection of dog toys to play with.
The campground is peaceful and quiet- ideal for chilling out and feeding the soul!
Have already booked to go again!

Μου άρεσε Remote and isolated site - very much 'in the country'. No traffic noise, lots of space between pitches. Excellent facilities, very clean. Very friendly welcome from the owner

Δεν μου άρεσε The birds get up very early, as did the rooster. Muntjac deer barked very close to my tent and woke me up. Generally, the local wildlife gave no consideration to campers hoping for a long lie-in. Ear-plugs would be my recommendation !

And yes... the local wildlife definitely like to keep their own schedule! 😂 Between Bob the cockerel and the deer, it’s definitely nature’s version of an alarm clock. Earplugs are a top tip for a proper lie-in
