Arrow Bank Country Holiday Park

Positiv: Site has spotless and excellent facilities, lovely staff, a lovely village metres away, a great pub 5 mins away (Cross Inn) and pitches are OK (electric hardstanding).

Negativ: They don't collect grass clipping which traipses them in awning if wet from rain or dew - very messy. Noise from circling planes / helicopters from local airfield can be annoying. They could do with a tap/gray water point closer to pitches C1/D2 (that's closer to reception than any other) but it's not a big deal.

Positiv: The entrance to the site was exceptionally looked after the staff on reception were great the pitch that we had was excellent the toilets and showers were off a very high standard and the field for the dogs to run in was safe and there was also a shower room for your dog this site is AAA site in my opinion I am looking forward to my next holiday with them keep up the good work Roy

Positiv: Absolutely loved this site. Stayed 3 nights on hard standing. Spotless toilet/showers Dog wash with dryer, fantastic! Good dog walking area too!

Negativ: Only a slight one would be Very bad WiFi and phone signal. Appreciate it’s a very rural site. But more signal boosters needed!

Positiv: Clean and well maintained site Facilities Location - stunning little village within 5 minute walk Level and well spaced pitches

Negativ: Not a dislike but just a comment for improvement. Arrival booklet mentioned a nature trail/wildlife spotting map that kids could follow at reception. This wasn’t available but would have been a lovely idea for young children as the site is stunning and full of wildlife that the kids loved.

Positiv: Fabulous site in a beautiful location. Super, spacious, flat pitches and lovely, clean facilities onsite. The site is within walking distance of the town where there is a fantastic pub offering amazing food. Lovely welcome and Tom in Reception was very helpful.

Negativ: Wi-Fi was not great.
