Syntes om Everything. I stay there a lot. It's such a relaxing place to pitch up on. Eco toilets are exceptionally clean and well looked after. Well spaced pitches in which to sit in without being disturbed. The Orchard is beautiful, and full of apples when I was there last weekend. Easy walk to the sea wall and then on to Clevedon...so refreshing. Wonderful owners of the site...really accomodating. Great area for dogs too, mine loves it there. Will be there again next year xx

Syntes om This site maybe downplays itself a bit in the listings and has a scruffy entrance but it’s really very good indeed. Super clean facilities, wide orchard pitches and the location is great for Clevedon.
Great windfall apples in September.

Syntes ikke om Some people mention the traffic noise from the road but there is very little of it. You are more likely to bear the pleasant sound of chatting joggers, walkers and cyclist going by on the other side of the hedge.

If you'd seen this place when we bought it several years ago then you could appreciate just how far its come, alas there is still a derelict barn and a landscaping/building company running from the property.
There is an ongoing bat issue with the derelict barn which has prevented progress but honestly, we aren't that mad about it ;)

Thank you for clarifying the issue with road noise, we did have a recent comment about the train noise.......we still have no idea what train lol!

Syntes om Being a green camping club venue it is exactly what you would expect basic no bells and whistles but a lovely quite site easy access.only used as stop over but would like to go for a few days to look around.

Syntes om Lovely campsite, clean showers and toilets. Right on the coastal path to Clevedon. Supermarket close by. Kathrin was so helpful when we had van issues.

Syntes om Great location, near the coast path into Clevedon and on the Pier to Pier cycle route. Good showers, spacious pitches.

Syntes om Stop over from Devon, easy to book, lovely showers. Cute site.

Syntes ikke om Didn’t like having to pay to join a green club as this made the price quite expensive, it was quite out the way tbh, and no internet which I didn’t check beforehand so my fault, couldn’t cycle into town as it was raining so internet would have been nice!

We are sorry that you weren't so happy to pay the GCC membership fee of £12 but this is completely unavoidable as its who we are licensed with, it does give you access to around 150 other greener camping club sites in England and Wales which I hope you can utilise.

Syntes om As with my last stay, I appreciated the beauty of the surroundings, the spacious pitch and the atmosphere on site. The showers, washing facilities and washing up facilities were clearly marked and in good condition.

We can only apologise for the toilet paper issue and we do always aim to keep it well stocked with toilet paper and sawdust. As you mentioned the orchard was busy with families so this obviously impacted things somewhat. We are always contactable on the mobile numbers displayed on the information board and are happy to respond as quickly as possible to any requests. We do hope you welcome you back again! :)
