Syntes ikke om Not an issue for us but was a bit of a trek to the facilities, although it was pretty level so you could bike to them or wheelchair easily
The only thing I really HATED was the amount of fire pits in use the smoke was horrendous coming in our camper by the time we realised how bad it was it was too late

Syntes om Absolutely fabulous site, beautiful setting and super friendly site. Facilities spotlessly clean and new! Children’s playground was fantastic and city of Winchester is stunning!
Local pub about a mile walk away, in Crawley, and is fantastic.
Can’t wait to come back -already planning a return trip!

Thank you for your suggestion about shelves in the showers and over the basins. Unfortunately this is quite challenging in a commercial environment as anything protruding can also cause a hazard. For example when bending over the basin to clean your teeth guests could bump their head on a shelf. If you have any ideas or photos of commercial solutions please send us an email as we're open to ideas and keen to make everything as comfortable as possible.

Syntes om We enjoyed our stay in the electric pitch tent for a week at Folly Farm. Kids loved the campsite and the park there. Even though the toilet facilities are a bit of a walk, in general, all are good. Toilets are clean, showers are nice, drinking water filling, a fridge freezer with good space.

Syntes om Cleanliness & organization of the campsite. It was easy to find our pitch, facilities were clean and each pitch is thoughtfully allocated an appropriate spot. Site team checked in with us a few times and were really nice and helpful. We loved our time here and are looking to come back in September.

Syntes om Very clean facilities and friendly management. I think they put us in an ‘adults only’ area as there were no children in our area. (Which we appreciated as it was quieter). Really well thought out site with dedicated children’s play area. Pub a mile away, easy walk with dog.

Syntes om Friendly hosts, spacious pitches, good toilet and shower facilities, nice location.

Syntes ikke om While we were there everyone seemed to either fire up a BBQ or start a fire which caused lots of smoke to drift across the field. We moved inside the campervan because the smell was very powerful.

We're sorry to hear you were bothered by smoke from other campers BBQ's and fire pits, it sounds as though you may have been upwind of these. Enjoying a BBQ and campfire is part of what makes camping so special, particularity for children during their school holidays, but we understand it's not for everyone, and would recommend staying Monday to Thursday when there are usually less fire pits.
