Líbí se Had the best weekend at Manor Farm. Nigel and Yvonne have got such a beautiful little campsite in the most stunning, secluded spot. If you love getting away from it all and being out in nature, this is exactly what you need.
The walks are amazing with so much to explore, the farm shop is a must (the local produce is amazing), and Yvonne's flowers are just gorgeous.
Nigel and Yvonne are honestly the loveliest people, so friendly, laid back and made us feel so welcome from the minute we got there.
Can not recommend this place enough. Massive thank you, we will definitely be back!

Líbí se Thank you, Yvonne and Nigel, for another really enjoyable and welcoming stay – my third return visit. Even though it was 30 centigrade and above every day, camping in the firepit clearing always gave some welcome shade as the sun moved round through the day and the cool water on tap was always welcome. As always, the longer you sit and chill, the more likely the local wildlife reveals itself. Apart from the higher-than-normal butterfly and dragonfly/damselfly action, and roe deer at dusk crossing the stream bridge and strolling up the slope before the parking point at dusk; this year, a couple of squabbling kingfishers burst out of the undergrowth from the stream into the clearing, had a mid-air tussle over my tent, then sped down the clearing and were gone. I’ve heard their distinctive call on every visit a few times a day, but hadn’t seen them here until this year, so it was a welcome and unexpected visitation into the firepit clearing. All in all, I had a great time here, whether staying at base, or venturing to the coast around Seaton, or visiting Street and the Somerset Levels. I will no doubt return again.

Nelíbí se Not having the time this year to stay for longer and not only enjoy the campsite, but to explore more of the vast potential of Somerset and Devon in the surrounding area.

Líbí se Sheltered pitch, perfect for evening sunshine. Private and quiet, only sounds from working farm and nearby wildlife! Running mains water and a flushable toilet were welcome additions. Easy to find, only another 30-40 mins on from the M5 Taunton junction. Situated in a picturesque village and Manor Farm has a little farm shop where we got some very delicious eggs for our breakfast.

Very friendly hosts- thank you Yvonne and Nigel! It was exactly what we needed for our break away from the city. Would love to come back and stay again. 10/10!!

Líbí se A perfect location to unwind and relax in peace and quiet. Exceeded our expectations and the pictures do not show just how tranquil this campsite is. Yvonne and Nigel are very welcoming and on hand if you need anything. A bonus for our stay was the field of sunflowers which we walked around as the sun was setting.

Líbí se Another really enjoyable repeat visit to Manor Farm. Nigel and Yvonne are genial hosts and the site doesn’t disappoint, offering tranquillity, privacy and birdsong and the bubbling stream for company. There is just something about cooking over a campfire in the open air that is unbeatable. I’m sure to return for another visit as it is set up perfectly for comfortable wild camping and is so handy for day trips out to the many attractions in Dorset and Somerset that surround it, if you can pull yourself away from the campsite itself. Next time, I hope I can make the time to stay here for longer.

Líbí se The Manor Farm camping site was a little bit of paradise found. The only thing I heard for 36 hours was the sound of the stream, the birds and the wind in the trees. It was so beautiful, peaceful and private. I was lucky enough to have sunshine the entire time I was there but Nigel and Yvonne were so lovely it was almost like they had laid that on as well!! If you want an off grid, back to nature (but with a proper loo and running water) clean and so well thought out but remote site then I can’t recommend Manor Farm highly enough. Stock up on your camping food supplies from their little farm shop, it’s fab!!

Líbí se Secluded, only one way in and out. dogs loved it, they had the freedom of the forest. Toilet was clean. Lovely place to stay. Nigel and Yvonne were excellent help for arrival and taking us through to the site providing a nice map of the area and a some sites to see. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again!

Líbí se This was an exceptional experience. We chose the site because it was a single and exclusive pitch. We found more than we hoped for. Nigel and Yvonne went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Nigel introduced us to ax-throwing and took our two children under his wing and gave them a taste of farm life. They collected eggs and fed the hens among other things. The site itself is very secluded, wooded, with a large pitch alongside a burbling stream. The toilet was very clean. There was a tap for fresh, clean water on site. We didn’t luck out on the weather but the the site and the family made up for this. Loads. Manor Farm shop is a 15 min walk through lovely meadows and sells produce from the farm. The apple juice and eggs were excellent.
