Truly restful site with great hosts.

Em va agradar We loved it here. Stayed in our campervan in the adults field and really enjoyed our stay. The hosts Katie and Alistair were great! They really go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. They have a pizza food truck, which are well worth a go and sell fire pits and logs. Brilliant. Showers and compostable toilets (with proper seats) were kept beautifully clean throughout our stay. A lovely, chilled, peaceful site with a relaxed pitch-where-you-like attitude. See you next time!

Gem of a campsite with great facilities
juny del 2026 Em va agradar Fabulous campsite. We only stayed one night but wished it was longer.
We got a nice welcome at 5pm on a Sunday and were lucky enough to be able to get food at the marvellous Amanda’s food van at 7.30pm.
Site has fantastic, clean toilet blocks and good showers.
We’ll be back!

Chilled campsite, nice buzz but need more toilets and showers.
maig del 2026 Em va agradar Relaxed atmosphere, pitch up where you like, bar with TV and super friendly hosts. Lots of space for kids to play. Great pub 20 mins walk away.
No em va agradar Only 1 male and 1 female toilet and one single shower for a full campsite with at least 52 tents/caravans. Not cleaned all weekend too.

Great experience, picturesque sight
maig del 2015 Em va agradar The camping pod especially that it saved you having to pitch your tent. You can watch the sunset from the pitch and we appreciated the campers kitchen (kettle, toaster and microwave)! Great shower block. We received a lovely welcome from Ed and Kate, thoroughly recommend Hillcrest for a tranquil stay. We'll be back :-)
