Del gerent: Hello Yvonne, I’m sorry to hear that the facilities here at Twin Oaks weren’t to your personal taste — that’s a real shame. Our showers are intentionally rustic and traditional in style, while still providing privacy and plenty of warm water completely free of charge. We actually receive a great deal of positive feedback about them, although I completely appreciate that this style of campsite facility won’t suit everyone. Unfortunately, the one thing I can’t control is the Worcestershire wind! 😊 We do try to make sure guests know exactly what to expect before booking. There are numerous photographs of our showers and other facilities on Pitchup, our website and social media pages, so visitors can see the style of facilities we offer before they arrive. Thank you for visiting Twin Oaks. All the very best and happy camping! Tom
