Em va agradar The site looked great on the ad and at the point of booking the commubication from the site was prompt and helpful.

No em va agradar Unfortunately we had to cancel last minute due to an emergency so cannot revoew anything other than the sotes communication which was disappointing. We let the site know about the emergency. It was too close to ask for a refund as it was the morning we were due to arrive but when we booked there were over 10+ pitches of all types showing available. So in light of us clearly not having stopped someone else from attending I asked if there was anyway our booking could be held over and rebooked for another time. I would have understood a polite "no we cant do that", as it was very last minute like i said. But instead they completely blanked us and have had no response at all. This feels cold and unhelpful and unnecessary, like the monies been paid and now we arent interested. I get its a business but it doesnt paint a very good picture of their interest in customers.
