Em va agradar Friendly, welcoming, very helpful staff onsite, nearby in the Red Lion Pub. The pub itself offering food until 8.45pm, really handy if you're late back from a day hiking and its too late to set up camp bbq (which happened to us). Location is super close to attractions, Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove, Corfe Castle, and only a drive to Weymouth and the Isle of Portland all of which we explored during our 2 day camping trip to South Dorset. The campsite has all the basics you need, multiple toilet/shower rooms, wash up sink, on staff on hand most of the day due to the pub onsite. It was a windy weekend so I requested during the booking process to be in a sheltered pitch and the pub owner confirmed on arrival a pitch as we requested. As it was October, we were the only ones there for the 2nd night of our stay so we had the toilets/showers to ourselves. There is so much to see in South Dorset, that we would definitely return to the Red Lion camp site!
