Em va agradar Great campsite, beautiful location very peaceful, all the amenities including hot showers, lovely friendly pub who allow dogs in. Lovely gardens with kids play area, right on the river banks of the Trent.

Em va agradar Great little campsite, both the wardens were helpful and a pleasure to speak to. They have great plans for the site however it’s clean and tidy with all the usual facilities. A newly opened cafe is right next door along with a farm shop and hardware store which literally sells everything.

Em va agradar Great quiet, scenic site. With toilets and shower. A place to sit and use the WiFi, as well as a pool table/ping pong/ air hockey. Very helpful host with morning deliveries of farm produce at great prices. The land is fairly flat and you can park up where ever you like, with the added bonus of picnic tables around the site.

Em va agradar Fantastic quiet area with amazing views. A very pretty site well maintained. Great facilities toilets, showers clean and well kept. There are areas for the kids to play, a few animals donkeys, chicken and goats. The owner is friendly and very helpful, nothing is too much trouble.

Em va agradar Great little site, friendly welcome. Well kept flat field with plenty of room, toilets and showers clean and tidy. Secure site felt very safe. Incredible value for money. Will definitely be back.

No em va agradar Toilet and shower block are shared at the moment, this is being changed. However we did not find it an issue even with quite a few campers on site.

Em va agradar This is an amazing site, friendly welcome from all the staff. Fantastic pitch, amazing views, great facilities. We had a small semi serviced pitch which was plenty big enough for our LWB camper and awning. Toilets and showers were impressive and very clean. Plenty of bins including recycling, Elsan points clean and plenty of water points. The dog running area was perfect and safe.

Em va agradar Amazing place in the heart of the New Forest. Scenery absolutely stunning. Perfect for families young and old. Helpful wardens nothing is too much trouble. It was amazing to see the ponies wandering around. The cost just made this even better, great value for money.

Em va agradar Omg what a lovely little camp site, beautiful surroundings, clean toilets and showers, friendly people particularly the young ferryman, very helpful and polite. Would definitely stay again, hubby wants to take his fishing gear next time!

No em va agradar The fact the pub didn’t serve food on Mon and Tues, I totally understand why but we would have loved to try the food, maybe next time!
