Em va agradar Lovely campsite. Just a basic field. Good toilets/showers, clean, showers not push button or temp controlled and has really cool basins all built in a pig sty! Guy who does the cleaning (sorry didn't catch his name) was super friendly, had a lovely chat and he told us about the stream in the corner with a bit deep enough for a little swim! Restaurant is good. We had Sunday lunch, although waiting staff get orders mixed up so you could end up with anything. All food is great so we found it amusing. Ended up with lamb not beef but was delicious. The ciders there are fabulous and everything such a good price. Host (sorry didn't catch his name either) a bit curt but not rude in any way.

Em va agradar Quiet, clean, nice having pub/restaurant on site. Nice walks around lakes. Great for loves who love fishing

No em va agradar No one in reception and map/signs more geared to fishing pitches than camping. Finally found our pitch thanks to a guest who saw us struggling. Lots of speed bumps on route to site safe but annoying.

Em va agradar Warden was absolutely lovely. Clean toilets. Showers 20p but 4 mons hot and good pressure. Clean fields. Nice views

Em va agradar Super friendly and helpful hosts. Seasonal campers lovely. Clean facilities although only one shower in mens and ladies. Has a resident dog who roams free which we were worried about as we have a miserable dog but she obviously sensed this and stayed away. Overall a fabulous stay. Will come again.

No em va agradar Only dislike really was that washing up facilities are in the ladies toilets so husband had a great excuse not to do it 😂

Em va agradar Lovely clean pretty well set up cl. Nick the host was so lovely. I booked the wrong dates so turned up 3 weeks early! He did everything he could and managed to transfer dates. He shows you round site and answers any questions.

No em va agradar Nothing. No showers but we knew that when booking. The cafe only open weekends but not a slur for the campsite.

Em va agradar Beautiful site. Clean. Fabulous modern and clean facilities. Close enough to walk into town. Even had an area for dog to run off lead. But what made it for us was the Fabulous friendly host.

Em va agradar People were so very friendly and helpful. Pitches are big and lovely and fully serviced. Price is really good value. Scenery is beautiful. It's a working farm so random sheep walk past (i loved this) Campsite shop best I've ever seen and with a lovely story behind it. Short walk to 2 pubs. Will definitely come again.

No em va agradar Bathrooms could do with a face-lift and showers unpredictable but very clean and tidy.

Em va agradar Spacious pitches with ehu and water taps. Beautiful site. Great toilets and showers. Really cute bbq hut for hire (£15) owner and son absolutely lovely.
