You'll be glad to learn that we're already ahead of you on the bins a large order has been placed and is actually on its way to us as I write this! You'll soon see new bins positioned throughout the park. We also completely agree with your comments about having an on-park shop. I'm happy to let you know it's in the final stages of setup and will be opening very soon. You'll be able to pick up essentials like bread and milk, among many other handy items. I’m genuinely sorry about the inconvenience caused by our card-only payment policy. I completely understand how frustrating that must have been especially when it wasn’t made clear to you during booking or upon arrival. You absolutely should have received a pre-arrival call, which is when we normally go through important details like payment options and other useful information for your stay. I’m so sorry this was missed and will follow up with our team to ensure this doesn’t happen again. You also raised a really fair point about the slot machines accepting cash I agree it can be confusing. These machines are managed by an external provider, which is why they operate differently from the rest of the park facilities. Thank you again for your honest feedback it’s invaluable and helps us improve. I really do hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back for a smoother, more enjoyable stay next time. |

We’re very sorry to hear about the confusion regarding your pitch on arrival. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when you’ve booked a fully serviced pitch. We have now assessed this issue and made improvements to ensure guests are correctly directed to the pitch they’ve booked. Please also note that all our pitches come with electric provided as standard. Regarding your safety concern, we take guest safety very seriously and are reviewing how we communicate park guidelines, particularly around bike safety and traffic flow, to all visitors.
