We’ve added exciting new developments like our Horizon Glamping Pods and our stunning Platinum's, both with private decking and hot tubs. Not to mention our Lake Club, where you can enjoy the best drinks and cocktails with those breath-taking views, and of course, our famous gelato! We also have our Bunny Café and adorable alpacas, just to name a few highlights.

We’ve also got our new lawnmowers out and they’re already getting the grass to a high standard, so the park will look even better on your next visit.

We know there’s still more to do, from addressing speeding on site and ensuring water taps are all working perfectly, but we’re committed to getting there it’s in our nature to keep improving.

Our designated touring team work hard to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible, and they take great pride in keeping the shower block clean so it’s lovely to hear this was noticed and appreciated.

We’re sorry for the change in atmosphere during part of your stay. While we can’t be responsible for the actions of all guests, we do encourage everyone to follow our park rules, and if our security or welcome teams notice anything untoward, they will always step in and address it.

Our park shop is new and fully stocked with everything you could need while on holiday. We even have some specially designated shelves just for our touring guests and don’t forget to pick up a yummy treat from our bakery area while you’re there!

Sorry to hear you were disappointed by people walking through your pitch while we can’t control everyone’s actions, if we’d been notified earlier, we might have been able to assist. Our park is safe and perfect for children and families to relax and keep a watchful eye, especially on the touring pitches where there’s plenty of free space for the little ones to run around and enjoy themselves.

Apologies for the dirty floor in the toilets when it gets busy, sometimes these things slip through, but we’ll make sure our touring team keeps on top of it.

As for BBQs, they’re allowed as long as everyone follows the rules. We want Billing to be the best fun for all, two-legged and four-legged alike.

Our touring teams are always on hand to assist, so I’m a little unsure why you weren’t able to get onto your pitch they are all numbered! I’ll be looking into this with our Touring Manager to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
