For starters, just look at that sundeck. And you'll probably want to hear about the waterpark, on-site fishing and rather fabulous locale of this Lower Normandy and Bay of Mont-Saint-Michael site too: it's close to Mont Saint-Michel and its famed monastery, the sandy beaches of Manche, the coastal resort and gardens of Granville, and boat trips to the lovely little islands of Chausey… how well placed you'll be at this green and serene space. Set on five hectares of space a few kilometres from Saint-Pair-sur-Mer, Château de Lez-Eaux welcomes families and groups to a friendly, well-appointed and relaxing site acclaimed as 'fabulous', 'great', 'excellent' and 'beautiful' among many other plaudits of praise from chuffed former guests – have a squint at the site pics to see of what they speak. The site is family run, with stacks to do for all ages among its amiable atmosphere: if your littlies don't fancy the summer kids' club (unlikely), that fab 1,300m² waterpark will keep them royally entertained indoors and out. For a gentler pace of afternoon, kids can learn to cast off at the handsome fishing pond, or expend any extra energy at the tennis and pétanque courts, play area and games room. Much time should of course be spent lounging around that pretty sundeck too, and/or perhaps venturing around the grounds by foot or pedal for gentle and secluded hours… A bar and restaurant are on site to keep you all fuelled up: there's takeaway with different daily specials and you can bag fresh bread and pastries along with other groceries at the site shop. Tuesday evenings in high season see a visiting market arrive to sell fresh local produce.

Em va agradar: Swimming pools and facilities were brilliant for kids and adults too. Very clean site. 5 min drive to a big supermarket. Kids club is amazing for the kids. My Little one loved it. Pitches nice and level and never too far to get water.

No em va agradar: The on site shop was really really basic but the super market close by made that better.

Em va agradar: Loved the pool, hot showers and entertainment. Clean facilities and very well kept site.

No em va agradar: The reception area had a bit of an odd atmosphere. We felt like we were intruding when we walked in. Avoided it as much as possible and plucked straws as to who would go an ask a question.

Château de Lez-Eaux's setting should sort you out for whichever flavour of Normandy holiday you're after; if you seek yet more northern France adventures, it's about an hour and 15 minutes' drive to Saint-Malo and the Brittany coast too. The closest sandy beach is about four kilometres away, at the park's local town of Saint-Pair-sur-Mer. Begin your Normandy wanderings with some time at the surrounding Mont Saint-Michel Bay or Baie du mont Saint-Michel, between Brittany and the Normandy peninsula of Cotentin, and a setting so splendid it's a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site. Birdwatching and seal spotting are popular picks around these waters, as is a trip to the world-famed Mont Saint-Michel island and its monastery. Mont Saint-Michel is reachable at low tide from Granville, well worth a day or two in itself for its wide golden sandy beach, its art deco casino and, for fashionistas, the gardens and the 19th-century Villa les Rhumbs where Christian Dior and his family spent their summers.

Admissió

Els menors de 18 anys han d'estar acompanyats pels pares o tutors legals.
Només podreu entrar al càmping després de registrar-vos a recepció.
Qualsevol persona que passi la nit al càmping haurà de presentar el document d'identitat a recepció i completar els tràmits necessaris.

Arribades i sortides

Les arribades tardanes s'han de notificar al càmping al més aviat possible. La vostra reserva queda garantida durant 24 hores. Un cop passat aquest temps, la direcció es reserva el dret de rellogar la vostra unitat.
No s'ofereixen reembossaments/descomptes per les inclemències metereològiques, les arribades tardanes ni les sortides anticipades.

El bar obre entre el 07/04 i el 10/09.
En cas que tingueu alguna queixa, parleu amb recepció de seguida. Aquelles queixes que no hagueu presentat a l'administració durant la vostra estada no es podran resoldre un cop hagueu marxat del càmping.
La botiga d'alimentació està oberta del 07/04 al 10/09.
La direcció es reserva el dret de refusar l'accés o posar fi a l'estada d'aquells hostes que presentin un comportament inapropiat. En tal cas, no s'oferirà cap reembossament.

Vehicles

El preu només inclou un vehicle si viatgeu amb caravana o tenda de campanya. Si viatgeu amb autocaravana/càmper i voleu portar un vehicle addicional, cal que seleccioneu el cost extra corresponent.
Està prohibit que els vehicles circulin de 22:00 a 7:00.

Visites

Els vehicles de les visites no tenen accés autoritzat al càmping.
Els visitants han de registrar-se a recepció i pagar una taxa d'accés.
