Have a stay at Aux Sources De Lescheret for a peaceful place in lush and greenly scenic Lescheret, a popular spot surrounded by prime hiking and cycling territory. There's plenty of both too: the countryside around the site alternates between meadows and forests and is crossed in many spots by meandering waterways.
With easy access to the E411 and E25 driving routes, this place also makes for a super stopover spot for those travelling to or from the Santiago de Compostela pilgrimage route or perhaps all the way to Lyon, Geneva or the Alpe d'Huez ski station.
Handier still, the Anlier forest is an easy 15 minutes’ drive from the site, and kilometres upon kilometres of waymarked walking and cycling trails are close by too for highly scenic tours of the Ardennes countryside.
Several days' worth of site leisure can also be sorted here, as guests have access to three small lakes for fishing and summertime swims. Out of the water, a pétanque court and ping pong and pool tables will keep all the family topped up with amusement, and a play area, donkey rides and a miniature petting zoo are on hand too for smaller guests.
When it comes to eats around here, head over to the tavern to scoff snacks and try tipples on its roomy terrace: and during colder climes, the cosy fireplace there keeps inside nice and toasty.

This lush site’s scenic setting among the Haute Sûre Forêt d'Anlier Nature Park makes it a fab spot for folk fond of hikes and cycle rides, as there's easy access to plenty of waymarked trails such as the 63-kilometre Promenade Verte.
Plenty of historic places to visit are within easy reach of Lescheret too: Bastogne and Neufchâteau are both within 20 minutes by car for wanders around attractions such as a war museum and memorial dedicated to the fallen soldiers of World War II’s Battle of the Bulge.
Elsewhere, Arlon – Belgium’s smallest provincial capital – is 30 minutes’ drive from base, Bouillon and its spectacular 10th-century castle on the Semois River is 35 minutes’ drive to the west, and the lights and sights of Luxembourg’s UNESCO-listed historic centre are an easy 40 minutes away.
