Arden Parks Durbuy té una bona ubicació a prop del riu i la ciutat, amb dutxes i zones de rentar netes. La barrera automàtica funciona bé. Tanmateix, alguns el troben descuidat, poc estimat i car, amb manca d'hospitalitat per la seva naturalesa automàtica. Està en fase 1 de desenvolupament, amb plans per a recepció i cafeteria. Algunes parcel·les tenien terra tou.

Em va agradar Jammer er is niets positiefs voor mij, gelukkig liet er een campereigenaar mij binnen of ik stond 2 dagen voor de slagboom, alles was betaald maar ik had niets ontvangen. Ook geen compensatie of excuses ontvangen!

Bedankt voor uw reactie. Het spijt ons te horen dat uw ervaring bij ArdenParks Durbuy niet is verlopen zoals u had gehoopt.
Het is voor ons echter moeilijk om precies op uw opmerking te reageren, omdat deze anoniem werd achtergelaten. Toch denken wij te weten om welk verblijf het gaat, onder andere omdat u bent komen aanbellen bij de persoon die op het terrein woont.
Ter herinnering: de toegangs- en slagboomcodes zijn beschikbaar in de online klantomgeving, waarvoor u de dag vóór aankomst automatisch per e-mail de toegang ontvangt. Helaas heeft zich een bug voorgedaan bij Pitchup, waardoor wij uw contactgegevens niet hebben ontvangen en deze informatie dus niet kon worden doorgestuurd.
Wat betreft onze bereikbaarheid: er zijn twee telefoonnummers beschikbaar,
één voor kantooruren,
en één voor de avond, nacht en dringende situaties.
Na controle in onze registers stellen wij vast dat er geen oproep is binnengekomen op onze wachtdienst, waarvan het nummer duidelijk zichtbaar wordt weergegeven.
Wat de schoonmaak betreft: deze wordt om de 48 uur uitgevoerd en dagelijks gecontroleerd. Het spijt ons te horen dat dit niet aan uw verwachtingen voldeed.

Het sanitair is verouderd, aan vernieuwing toe.
Dit is op zich geen probleem maar propere douches is wel een minimum...

Hartelijk dank voor uw bezoek aan ArdenParks.
De sanitaire voorzieningen worden om de twee dagen schoongemaakt en er wordt dagelijks gecontroleerd. Als de sanitaire voorzieningen te vuil zijn, maken we ze opnieuw schoon. Het spijt ons als er iets buiten onze controle is gebeurd.

Dans la première phase d'exploitation de notre camping, la réception n'est ouverte que de manière limitée. Nos collègues sont disponibles par téléphone, et quelqu'un passe quotidiennement sur place.
Dès les travaux d'extentions terminés, une réception et une cafétaria seront ouvertes.

We are pleased to hear that you appreciated the cleanliness of our sanitary facilities, our location near the river, and the good communication with our team.
Regarding your remarks, the automation concept is part of the first phase of our opening. Once the entire project is completed, a reception and a cafeteria will be available for our guests.
As for the prices, they are clearly displayed and include clean sanitary facilities with hot water, soap, and toilet paper, as well as electricity, water, and green pitches – which is a different offer compared to public motorhome areas, often without sanitary facilities or included services.
We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again to show you the future facilities.

Die sanitären Anlagen sind gepflegt und funktionsfähig. Unhygienisch? Beziehen wir uns hier auf denselben Campingplatz?
Der Rest des Campingplatzes (offener Bereich) ist ebenfalls gepflegt.

Wat betreft de afwezigheid van een receptie: ons concept bevindt zich momenteel in fase 1 van de opening en werkt volledig geautomatiseerd. Zodra het project volledig is afgerond, zullen er een receptie en een cafetaria beschikbaar zijn voor onze gasten.

Em va agradar Automatic barrier worked well but this was the only satisfactory element of the campsite.
No em va agradar As you can see from the photos attached to this review this campsite is extremely disappointing. Poorly kept, appears to be abandoned even though it is "open". Not a single guest in residence and we spoke to several people who arrived and left again when they saw the state of the site. Buildings abandoned, a construction vehicle in the play area, construction fencing bordering one side of the site with wasteland on the other side of this. No bin bags in the bins. Sanitary block vandalised and generally unpleasant. Weeds throughout the site. Play area with broken and dangerous elements of play equipment. We did not stay as we have young children and it was not safe, suitable or pleasant. We have requested a refund from the site or pitchup and both are so far not being at all helpful. I would strongly recommend against booking this site.
