Em va agradar: Absolutely loved our stay here. Alison and Steve were lovely hosts and met us on arrival. Steve had prepped the hot tub so it was ready for us and the kids were able to get in straight away. We even called Alison and Steve on the second day of our stay and they lit the fire for the hot tub while we were travelling home from a long day out, so it was ready for us when we got back - we were incredibly grateful for this! The pod was lovely and having WiFi was brilliant as we had no phone signal. There was a very helpful folder with lots of leaflets for ideas on where to go and where to eat. There was a bottle of local milk, free range eggs and Welsh cakes which was a lovely touch! We had a BBQ on both nights of our stay so the fridge was very handy and it even had a tiny little freezer compartment just big enough for a box of potato waffles, which our kids love. The kids were fascinated with the donkeys and loved feeding them grass. It was lovely watching the kids play in the pod's enclosed garden and watching them talk to the donkeys. You get a lot for your money with Ty Cnocell and we would love to return one day in the future! I recommended Ty Cnocell to a work friend who has now booked for August with her children.

Em va agradar: Owners were so friendly and we were greeted with a lovely welcome gift of home made cake, fresh eggs from their chickens and fresh milk. The children absolutely loved waking up and rushing out to see the donkeys both mornings and the garden was also secure and closed off so had no worries of them wandering off. The hut was spotless and supplied with everything we could need and the hot tub was also spotless. The hot tub had been set up ready for us also! Would 100% book again. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

Em va agradar: Our stay was amazing, nothing was to much to make our little ones happy they were always on hand to let the feed the donkeys. The hot tub was always warm when we needed it and Alison was on hand to give us recommendations in the area! The highlight of our trip was the BBQ hut to hire on site we hired it for the Saturday evening and we were presented with the most beautiful and delicious afternoon tea provided by the establishment with hiring the hut and it was a great end to our rainy day, the children thoroughly enjoyed it to! We are already looking to re book with Blaencwm cottages for June/July time the area in whole was beautiful and great hosts!

Em va agradar: Location, quiet, peaceful, views, hot tub, cosy pod, donkeys. Alison made a birthday cake and decorated the pod, and Steve made sure the hot tub was ready for when we wanted to go in.

No em va agradar: Nothing we disliked, but only a tiny recommendation - to maybe put a small cover outside by the hot tub so you’re able to hang towels up when it’s cold/wet. Nothing that we disliked though!
