Em va agradar: Located close to a few areas for walks, days out, groceries, etc.

No em va agradar: For some unfathomable reason a family, with young children and barking dog, were pitched looking directly onto my pitch when there were 2 other pitches free which would have allowed all parties to have space and privacy(???). Pitches have cameras pointed directly onto them (-was bit unsure about this, as site is barrier controlled for security). I would whole heartedly disagree that you get a good amount of space between pitches, and, the road is DEFINITELY not quiet(-and, this was from a pitch well away from road)! This has gone down on my list of sites NOT to return to!

Em va agradar: Very quiet site. Lots of room. Clean. Toilets spotless and very hot free showers. Landscaped with an area enclosed with a pond to walk dogs or just walk. Very welcoming hosts. Secure site. Convenient for Caernarfon only 10 mins away. Highly recommend.

Em va agradar: Just returned from 2 night stay 4th-6th June 2024 on plot 56. The site is immaculately clean, plenty of room between plots for all units. There is a handy dog walking area on site which was good to take the dogs round first thing & last thing at night. Location is also perfect, close to Anglesey (it took 40mins to get to Newborough Forest which is one of our faves) and is 13mins from Llanberis (another fave) with spectacular views. Friendly owners greeted with a smile at the barrier and a handy map of how to get to our level, secluded, fully serviced spot for the tent 🏕️ The site is well looked after, It’s a secure gated site with plenty of cameras which made us feel safe. There was table football, pool & ping pong to play and a little library by the bin store area! Toilet and shower facilities consistently clean and showers are powerful & hot! You can see the Snowdonia mountain range from the site 🤩 WiFi is also available for no extra charge & the signal is spot on, we watched England vs France (women) didn’t expect any signal but wish we’d have brought a bigger screen to a have movie night under the stars now 🍿 We will definitely be returning here in the future and have recommended all our family and friends come to stay! Thank you Rhyd y Galen 👏🏼

Standing where the Afont Seiont river meets the Menai Strait, Caernarfon Castle (10 minutes’ drive) is a forbidding medieval fortress and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Perhaps best known as the place where Prince Charles was invested in 1969, it also houses the Royal Welch Fusiliers Museum, which explores the history of this infantry regiment. If you’re in a ‘feel the fear, but do it anyway’ mood, you can head to Zip World Penrhyn Quarry (20 minutes), where the Velocity 2 zipline stretches across a lake, allowing you to travel at speeds of up to 100mph. If you are brave enough to keep your eyes open during your flight, you can also take in splendid views of Eryri (Snowdonia). For something less hair-raising, Portmeirion (40 minutes) is a village featuring Italian-inspired pastel-coloured buildings and lush sub-tropical vegetation. Grab an ice cream from Italian gelateria Caffi’r Angel, and take a leisurely stroll through the quaint streets or along the sandy beach on the Afon Dwyryd estuary.

Arribades i sortides

Les arribades tardanes s'han de notificar al càmping al més aviat possible. La vostra reserva queda garantida durant 24 hores. Un cop passat aquest temps, la direcció es reserva el dret de rellogar la vostra unitat.
Les parcel·les o els allotjaments s'assignaran en arribar al càmping.
No s'ofereixen reembossaments/descomptes per les inclemències metereològiques, les arribades tardanes ni les sortides anticipades.

General

En cas que tingueu alguna queixa, parleu amb recepció de seguida. Aquelles queixes que no hagueu presentat a l'administració durant la vostra estada no es podran resoldre un cop hagueu marxat del càmping.
La direcció es reserva el dret de refusar l'accés o posar fi a l'estada d'aquells hostes que presentin un comportament inapropiat. En tal cas, no s'oferirà cap reembossament.
Les ràdios, els reproductors de música i els televisors s'han de mantenir a baix volum. Les portes i els maleters dels vehicles s'han de tancar amb cura.
