Em va agradar Views all around were stunning! Had the hills on one side and the sea on the other, made it feel like a special location compared to our regular field camping. The pitches were so private and away from others, we felt we were by ourselves. Our pitch was very sheltered by the greenery around it, very clever layout especially as I was worried about the wind so close to the sea. Seeing the rabbits around the pitches each morning was really lovely.

No em va agradar The toilets and showers could use a bit of an upgrade but were worth dealing with for the great location.

Em va agradar Beautiful site with good views of the sea and mountains. Loved the private pitches and the atmosphere in the site was really calm.

Good connections to local attractions and amenities. We found it easy to keep ourselves entertained for a few days without driving too far.


Facilities were simple but immaculately clean, just what you need for camping.

No em va agradar It's a bit luck of the draw which pitch you get assigned to - we were very close to the road so there was a fairly constant traffic noise, but we zoned this out fairly quickly. I would still stay here again but worth keeping in mind if you're hoping for complete silence!

Em va agradar - The owner is very lovely and accommodating.

- Beautiful views of mountains and sea (on some pitches). The location is superb.

- Pitch no. 5 very secluded and private, very spacious also

- Beach about 10 mins walk down, crystal clear water, quiet and great for swimming.

- Site is clearly very well maintained and taken care off.

- Adults only is great!

No em va agradar - When we booked the sea view pitch, based on pictures it looked like it was going to be a pitch near the edge overlooking the sea (some of them are), the one we were on had a partial sea view at best, which you could only just about see from the path and entrance to the pitch but not the pitch itself. This was main reason for booking this site so that was very disappointing for us.

- Our pitch was basically right next to a road, could hear cars zooming past all day and night and seeing the headlights at night.

- Parking is on one of the carparks and stuff needs to be moved to the pitch, which is fine, but it would help a lot to have bigger trollies rather than small wheelbarrows as it's a nightmare dragging everything up and down in loads of trips.

- Not so much disliked but more of a heads up, showers have so many spiders everywhere. I know it's in nature and crawlies will be everywhere but damn, I am afraid of spiders and shower was really challenging for me, so if you're afraid too just heads up.

Em va agradar We spend a few days and nights at this breathtaking campsite. The view of the mountain was incredible and the short walk to the beach was worth it . The water was amazing and so clear when the tide was out . A swim in the Irish Sea is a must on a warm Welsh summer's day.

Helena the host is beautiful and such a pleasure to speak to. She is wonderful and made our stay even more worth it to come back again.

The facilities are simple but enough. And everything is well looked after and clean.

We loved our campfires to finish off the day. And fell in love with the rabbit that popped by to our tent side to say hello every morning and to munch on some lovely grass.

Thank you for an amazing stay and the love you put into the place. We will be back for sure.

Em va agradar The sea view was wonderful. We loved how private and spacious the pitches were.
Toilet block was clean and smelled nice, and the shower facilities were good too.
You could hear the road but it really wasn't a bother and it should be expected that a campsite by an A road would have some traffic noise. The host was very friendly too.

Em va agradar Remarkable views, fantastic pitches, beautiful meadows and great facilities. A special place.

Em va agradar Beautiful location, lovely spacious pitches, and a glorious panoramic view (from our pitch at least) of sea and mountains. The facilities (toilets and showers) were all really clean and well stocked. I'd highly recommend and hope to be back!
