Em va agradar Riverside pitch was great with the addition of cows coming down daily to drink.

No em va agradar Showers! The worst possible. Had a push button that had to be depressed constantly to get water. Struggled to wash face and couldn’t even attempt to wash my hair. Such a simple fix but with others saying the same thing, I can’t believe they haven’t installed simple lever system to eradicate such a problem. Such a let down from an otherwise amazing site.
Hand soap dispenser at ladies hand wash didn’t work. Had to hope a shower room was free to get hand soap.

Thank you for your feedback, we have the push showers in order to help with our sustainability credentials, we found before they were installed showers were being left running, which as you can imagine isn't very sustainable. That being said we will look into the timings of the push settings to allow some more time to help the need for consistent pushing.

Em va agradar The river was the best part. Waking up to the sound of the water hitting the rocks. The showers and toilets are well maintained. Overall a top tier campsite

We would love to have fire pits on park but with the weather being so dry at the moment this is something we are not able to allow.

Em va agradar The setting was lovely, the kids loved playing in the river / stream.
Peaceful and site appearance clean and tidy.
The management were so friendly and the ice cream amazing.
Totally chilled out by the water!

This feels like quite a new site and an addition of a central place to get a cold drink, a cake etc. would be great, and create a community feel.
Also as I am travelling with young kids a play area is always helpful like Pearl Lake.

Em va agradar Liked the location it was very peaceful. The facility were well looked after. Our dog loved the river. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great time there.

No em va agradar People from the other side walking across our pitch. It would be great if they had another facility block down the other end of the touring and camping area.

We have taken on board your feedback regarding people walking across pitches. We do have a path that they can use to walk to the facilities from the other end of the touring but we will look into how we can address this.
