Em va agradar: The site was clean and tidy. The pitches are spaced out and the site is quite large. The club house is a good option for a decent meal and has entertainment.

Em va agradar: Overall the site was great , clean toilets clubhouse served good various food at reasonable prices the pool was great , the children’s park was too small for size of site check in was easy the only negative was the amount of young children allowed to run around unsupervised by parents.

Em va agradar: Cleanliness of toilet facilities and landscaping of site.

No em va agradar: Used swimming pool regularly and found it not so clean,used at 10am each day and found flies and spit floating on water more than once.

Em va agradar: Probably our favourite ever campsite. Swam each day in the indoor swimming pool, loved the crazy golf and ate outside in the restaurant. The customer service was excellent and friendly, in both reception and the restaurant. The food lovely. Would highly recommend. Even has a shuttle bus to New Quay. Made us feel very welcome and nothing too much trouble, felt extremely welcome. Those that worked there seemed proud of where they worked and it showed

Em va agradar: we been to Pencnwc many of times and have enjoyed it there, Beautiful park well kept and clean. Lots to do with in Newquay and around the area

No em va agradar: We cut our stay very short was booked in from Monday to Saturday on the touring pitches, But it was like begin on a ruff council estate kids running everywhere playing football and riding bikes, While mam and dad walks around the touring site getting pissed with no control over the kids. Loud up until very late at night. I know kids are kids but I did not expect this on a campsite. Funny thing was just because we didn't fit in with the rest someone decided to call security on is at am on the Wednesday morning as we was fast asleep this scared my son as he was in the awing and could hear a man outside calling us, Someone phoned security and reported us for playing loud music ! No music was playing we was asleep but my son was chatting on the phone with is friend very quietly, This put a right downer on our holiday so we left after only being there 2 days. Fair to say we are very disappointed plus the caravans each side of us was very rude towards us soon as we arrived. Also there is free WIFI to the clubhouse but not the site its self I think this is a must now as most campsites now provide WIFI.

Em va agradar: Very clean and tidy,showers spotless and water hot every time , Grounds around well kept and looking lovely with all the flowers beds out in flower .

No em va agradar: Felt meals was bit expensive, especially for family's on low budget ,but food was well precented.
