És un càmping net i ben cuidat amb personal amable i servicial. Les parcel·les són àmplies amb bones vistes i fàcil accés a Coldstream. Les instal·lacions són netes, tot i que alguns usuaris van trobar les dutxes petites i problemes puntuals de neteja o manteniment. Es va sentir soroll d'altres clients i de la carretera. Hi ha carregadors per a vehicles elèctrics gestionats per tercers.

We also appreciate you bringing the issues in the ladies' washrooms to our attention. While you are right that people showering will inevitably bring in some water, we always want to keep our facilities as comfortable and tidy as possible for the next person.
Please be assured that our manager is currently reviewing the cleaning and restocking schedules with the accommodation team. We are adjusting our walkthrough times to ensure that toilet rolls are topped up more frequently and floors are mopped down more regularly during peak times.

We do want to apologize for the disruption you experienced on Pitch 1. To give you some context, that pathway was originally put in to assist campers, allowing them a direct route so they didn't have to walk all the way around the touring vehicles to get to the amenity block.
However, we completely understand that this has inadvertently led to people cutting across your pitch and compromising your privacy. That is certainly not our intention, so we will look into this to see if we can better define the boundaries or adjust the layout to keep the convenience for campers without impacting Pitch 1.

Beautiful site with friendly staff.

We were very lucky to have glorious weather.
Lovely walks around the area and a short walk into town.
Toilets / wash room always clean.
Pitch slightly sloped, so needed our levelling ramps. Grass to the side with plenty space to relax.
All staff we came across were very friendly.

Em va agradar The layout of the tent pitches, the availability of a play area close to the tents for ball games. The late check in procedure was fabulous
No em va agradar Nothing major, the pathway from the amenities block could be better placed so that people aren’t walking close to your tent when in pitches 1 and 2.

No em va agradar Not a dislike but could really do with another toilet and shower block would be quite a queue for facilities if they had been fully booked this bank holiday weekend and maybe a small play area for children

We completely understand how important it is to avoid those morning queues, so we wanted to share a quick insider tip for your next visit! In addition to the main block, we actually have two standalone toilets/showers located just behind the main amenity block to help ease the rush during peak times.
We also do have a dedicated play park located directly behind reception, which is centrally placed for all our younger guests to enjoy!

We take the cleanliness of our facilities very seriously. Our team checks and cleans the block at least twice daily, and we provide cleaning products on-site for guests to use between professional cleans. Regarding the door codes, we do provide every guest checking in for touring or camping with the same information leaflet outlining site rules and security protocols to ensure the facilities remain private and clean.
While we strive for excellence, we sadly cannot be responsible for guests who do not adhere to these standards or respect the shared spaces. However, we always encourage guests to report any issues to us directly at the time; had we been made aware, we would have tended to the matter immediately to rectify the situation.
