Well, Unity Beach in Somerset is just a couple of minutes' walk away from the beach in Brean, and it's not the only pick in the locale: Burnham-on-Sea beach is a 15-minute drive away, and Weston Super Mare beach is 25 minutes away. On the park, there are bathrooms (with loos, hot showers and underfloor heating), a play area and a fishing lake, as well as direct access to Brean Leisure Park. Guests at Unity Beach get a 50% discount on all of the following leisure park locations: the mammoth Brean Splash waterpark (open during high season only) with indoor and outdoor splash zones, flumes and waterslides; the Brean Play indoor play centre with areas for babies, toddlers and kids up to 11; and Brean Golf Club with 18 holes set around 100 acres of meadow. Guests also get discounted tokens/wristbands for Brean Theme Park's rides and amusements. Once your appetite has been properly worked up with all of those activities, sink down in a seat at one of the several on-park restaurants, snack bars or cafés serving cooked breakfasts, steak, ribs, pizza, kids' meals, takeaways or ice cream during high season – and you might very much like the sound of cocktails served in a fish bowl at American-themed diner RJs…

Un gran càmping ben equipat amb parcel·les àmplies i planes. Ideal per a famílies amb moltes activitats. El personal és molt amable. Neteja generalment bona, tot i que algun lavabo està obsolet. A prop de la platja. A vegades hi ha soroll, brutícia i massificació en temporada alta.

Em va agradar Had a lush time ,, I broke my leg before going so unfortunately I was in a wheel chair but out the house and met a lot of nice people ,, beach on hand plus amenities ion site were amazing ,, well kept site overall a good pitch up ,, thankyou unity

No em va agradar Only gave 9 stars because being in a chair you could not access toilet shower in 1 block and only 1 invalid toilet per block ,, if that's my biggest quarm then overall a great week away

Em va agradar Good value for money, great facilities Lido and indoor swimming pool clubs bars and kids playground including scare park also near Brean Leasure Park

No em va agradar As a disabled customer I found the walking a bit too much as it was 0.8 miles from where we parked to the entrance of the swimming pool/Brean Leisure Park slightly Less for the Lido. It would have been nice to be able to have either free or paid transportation from a point in the park though out the day rather than just from 17:00-19:50

Em va agradar The facilities for the children were amazing. It really is a child's dream.
There was so much to do, we couldn't fit everything in.

No em va agradar The touring field is not well kept at all. Litter everywhere, bins overflowing so seagulls were ripping into bags of rubbish.
The toilet/shower block was disgusting. Thankfully we used our own in our caravan, but when we I had to take my daughter while setting up there were dirty nappies on the floor and even a pair of soiled knickers!

We used the lido on one of our days and as lovely as it is I do feel like they let too many people in compared to the size of the pool.

Em va agradar So much to do there for the little ones, love the outdoors swimming pool. One kids had so much fun there and want to go back. It help it was sunny . There fairground was a good price and lots if ride for the little one to go on.

No em va agradar If you got allergies that's not a lot of selection of food you can have in entertainment and swimming area has you not alot to bring food in
We was camping, so it would be nice if the toilet block was and bit cleaning. And have security going around a bit more to deal with loud people after 10 o'clock

No em va agradar Lack of room on touring pitches. Everything was an extra cost even disabled parking to get closer to the main area. The golf buggies were horrendous & shouldn’t be allowed to go so fast.

Em va agradar The facilities and entertainment for families are excellent.
Everything is surprisingly reasonably priced for a british campsite.

No em va agradar The camping area is 1 mile from the pool and bars, walking that a few times a day with kids is a real pain and obviously we can't drive if we've had a drink so it would be nice if the train ran regularly and on time, even if there was a small charge.
Having to pay £5 for parking at the pool area when we've already paid to be on site is a bit of a pisstake.

Em va agradar Great entertainment for the kids. Site was mostly clean with the exception of dog poo here and there, but that's down to the dogs owners. Some toilet and shower locks needed replacing. I definitely recommend it.

No em va agradar Very surprised at how expensive the Internet was. As overseas visitors with 4 phones between us it was going to cost ridiculous money to use the Internet and had to rely on international roaming.

If you do decide to venture off site (no-one would blame you for a second if you didn't), the best sights of Somerset are within a quick drive. Gorge out on the views of Cheddar Gorge and Caves ten miles away – it's not at all cheesy to state these are among the best in Britain – and take the kids to meet the witch of Wookey Hole Caves within 15 miles, both among the most-visited attractions in the county. Glastonbury is also rather gorgeous and has been visited for aeons by peeps interested in legend and history who come to have a look at Glastonbury Abbey, steeped in stories of King Arthur, and Glastonbury Tor, possibly (you might like to think so anyway) the entrance to the land of the fairies. Learn all about the legends and the Iron Age history of the town at the Glastonbury Lake Village Museum in the fifteenth century merchant's house on Glastonbury High Street; the tourist information centre is here too to see what else to spy nearby. Seasidewise, take a day each at Brean, Burnham-on-Sea and Weston-super-Mare: the first for the tropical bird garden on Brean Down and the dunes running seven miles to Burnham; the second to look at the lighthouses and stroll off into the Somerset Levels, and the third for its whirly good helicopter museum and Grand Pier. Inland, land at teeny city Wells for a day sightseeing around its cathedral and stonkingly spectacular medieval bishop's palace, moat and gardens, or have a day among the hiking trails and bridleways of Exmoor.
