Manor Farm Caravan Site

Manor Farm Caravan & Camping site is a quiet, family-run site located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, one mile from Seaton beach and the towncentre. With spectacular views of the Axe Valley and Lyme Bay, we are in an ideal location for touring the countryside of East Devon. We have 15 terraced electric pitches for caravans, motor homes and an extra 50 pitches for tents. There are two toilet blocks, which have hot showers, chemical disposal points, a disabled toilet and a laundry room. The on-site shop stocks a range of daily food, everything for a BBQ and also many camping accessories The enclosed children’s playground, which can be viewed from around the site, has equipment for all ages, including swings, slides, seesaws, roundabouts and a small football pitch. There are also dog walking and picnic/BBQ areas. Our farm has a small flock of sheep, goats free-range chicken, ducks and shetland ponies. Children are very welcome to come and help feeding the animals, collecting eggs, bottle feeding the lambs and having a ride on Robbie, one of our well behaved shetlands!

Manor Farm Caravan & Camping Site is located just above Seaton, off the A3052 between Sidmouth and Lyme Regis – about 30 minutes drive from the M5 at Exeter. Exit the M5 at Junction 25 (Taunton); follow A358 to Chard, Axminster and Seaton, at Boshill Cross junction turn Right onto A3052 (towards Exeter), go over the tramlines and through Colyford. Drive up hill until you reach the Esso garage. Turn left into Seaton Down Hill (signposted Manor Farm), and you will find the turning for the site ¼ mile down the hill on the left.
