Dartmoor Yurt Holidays

Em va agradar It is a truly unique and beautiful campsite. I was originally drawn to it by the yurt, which is unique among other glamping options. The real site was even better. We had a massive secluded area (it has a gate) with a kitchen, a toilet+shower+wash stand, a log shed, a large fire pit, a bbq all to our own. There are fun set ups like a rubber boat on the lake, a swing, a hammock, an axe for the log, a bird feeder, which were all enjoyed a lot by our children. The kitchen were well equipped. You don't need to bring utensils, chopping board, knives, peeler and so on. There are even tea, coffee and sugar! It is basically a BnB but bring it outdoors.
The yurt has a genius structure that makes it very sturdy. I was told that it was authentic, as it was from Mongolia. People who likes to explore other cultures would love the experience of sleeping in it. When the dusk fell, and the candles in the yurt were lit up, it was a very magical sight.
The farm felt safe, and our kids would go explore beyond the camp site. They liked visiting the barn, as they liked the tractor there. The tractor and trailer were the means to transfer the luggage to the campsite, and that, of course, was a huge hit for my children, as well.

Location right on the edge of the moors so 5 min walk through owners farm and you are on the moor.
Good amount of fire wood provided Location close to popular Dartmoor walls

Em va agradar The yurt was fabulous and Wendy Larry and dog Alfie made us so welcome. It was great to get away and enjoy the countryside.

If we won the voucher we would certainly come back but bring some more of our family to experience it too xxx
