Em va agradar: We snatched a cheeky two nighter in our caravan, and chose this little site called the Grazing Cow. The arrival is a little misleading, however. Once checked in at the farm shop, the site is at the bottom of the property, past some allotments. The site is small but very spacious for five pitches, all hard standing, with waters-points at each pitch. The site was silent in the dark hours with zero light pollution. The restaurant breakfast was a real winner to boot.
No em va agradar: The solitary toilet-wetroom-shower bolted on to the restaurant. It felt a little going in there after 9am for my shower etc, while the garden was full of diners.

Em va agradar: Peace and quiet
No em va agradar: Unkempt and neglected pitches behind an allotment. Grass not cut, bushes well overgrown growing across the entrance and dumping ground for bags of waste. Felt like we were pitched in a carpark. Given the wrong code for toilet/shower facility so could not use. Gave feedback and left day early.

Em va agradar: Wet room was modern and clean. Water pointed on each pitch. Cafe was excellent
No em va agradar: No washing up facilities. Only one shower which could be a problem if all pitcheswere occupied.

Em va agradar: Lovely small site, large pitches. Very clean and modern wet room that was unisex, didn't bother us but might not be for everyone. Some people mentioned the noise from the A35, we didn't think it was that noticeable. Didn't use the cafe, as we had a dog and weather was not the best for eating outside, but you could smell the bacon being cooked. Would definitely go back to recharge our batteries

Em va agradar: Small. Nice big pitches. Excellent shop. Excellent cafe/restaurant. Nice and easy to find. Plenty of space. Friendly people and helpful staff.
No em va agradar: Shower room. Very clean but inadequate. It's fine if you are the first in otherwise it is pretty damp and unpleasant. There really isn't anywhere to hang clothes, towels etc, hooks would be helpful. The shower is too far from the camping and no light. I understand why it's there but light is necessary.
