Em va agradar: This was our first "tent trip" and it was absolutely amazing! Literally every member of staff was so polite and helpful. Washrooms and showers were clean every day, so as the other areas. Dinner was lovely and pool wasn't overcrowded. You could see security driving around frequently and kept place safe, but wasn't intimidating. We will definitely come back for a bit longer next time!

No em va agradar: Breakfast was a bit overpriced for what it was, but still very tasty!

Em va agradar: A really nice park. Clean & tidy with lots of things to do.
Showers/toilets were nice and clean at all times.
Pitches were a decent size.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

No em va agradar: Sone facilities felt too small for the number of guests on the park. The club house and swimming were usually too full to enter.
Arcades were ok but again, small.
WiFi wasn’t good and there was no signal on the park for our own devices.

We are pleased that you liked the park, found it clean and tidy, as well as the staff friendly and the pitch being a decent size.

Sorry that you found some of the facilities too small. We do try and make sure that everyone gets the full Hendra experience, with the chance to book the swimming before-hand, and having a varied entertainment schedule for guests of different ages, so everyone can visit at some point in the evening.

Cornwall can sometimes be a little patchier on the signal!

Em va agradar: I had a fantastic stay at Hendra Holiday Park! The park was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining the place. Everyone was incredibly friendly and willing to help with any questions we had. There was also a wide range of activities available, ensuring that there was always something fun to do! Whether you're looking to relax or stay active, Hendra has something for everyone. I highly recommend this place for a great holiday experience!

Em va agradar: Immaculate site, best maintained site I’ve seen for years!
Helpful reception check in and then a warden is already waiting for you at your pitch to help with siting.
Very good facilities everywhere and clear investment continues.
The pool was good value at just over £4 per person and had 3 waterslides.
Free daily land train to Newquay centre.

No em va agradar: Very little to dislike, but we stayed in the “Pine” field which was close to the road so suffers from road noise.
The land train operates once per day and is first come first served, so expect to queue and you might not get on.
Prices on site are a bit high, almost £6 for a pint at the bar, but there was quality entertainment.

Em va agradar: Very friendly staff at reception and the entertainment staff were brilliant with the children. Michael the washroom attendant is a very nice hardworking person, a credit to hendra, the washroom was exceptionally clean. The grandchildren enjoyed the Easter egg hunt, the train ride and the arts and crafts class, which was all free, was a pleasant surprise. The outdoor pool area is lovely and clean but the water was freezing so only went there the once. Food was nice and tasty, a bit pricey but you expect it to be especially on holiday.

No em va agradar: Charges for taking a dog is a bit extreme. Transferring money on to a cash card isn't my way of spending, I think being able to use cash for drinks food etc should be optional.
