Els menors de 18 anys han d'estar acompanyats pels pares o tutors legals.- No s'admeten gossos de races/híbrids que figurin a la legislació de gossos potencialment perillosos al càmping.
- La piscina exterior està oberta del 25/05 al 30/08 (segons les condicions meteorològiques).
- No s'admeten vehicles comercials (vehicles utilitzats amb motiu de feina o per transportar mercaderies o passatgers) ni vehicles amb propaganda al càmping.
- El càmping només admet reserves de famílies (parents pròxims) i parelles. Es refusaran les reserves de qualsevol altre tipus de grup.
- No es poden fer servir targetes de descompte ni targetes de regal per efectuar reserves a través de Pitchup.com.
- The site does not accept bookings for single occupancy (one person only). The indoor Oasis pool is open to the public all season and a small session fee applies at £4.15 per Hendra guest for an hour-and-a-half session; children under three are free. The outdoor pool is free of charge.

Els visitants lloen la neteja excepcional, el personal amable i les parcel·les espaioses i ben organitzades. Es destaquen les excel·lents instal·lacions, piscines i activitats per a totes les edats. La ubicació és fantàstica, a prop de Newquay. Alguns senyalen problemes puntuals amb el senyal i el WiFi, i la saturació d'algunes instal·lacions en hores punta.

Em va agradar Beautiful and well maintained site. Friendly staff, good food and easy access into Newquay town centre and beach via the land train.
Excellent shower and toilet facilities with plug sockets for hairdryers, straightens etc.
Great pooch bath and shower also available.
Excellent site for children with arcades, entertainment, pools etc.
No em va agradar Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in any of the bars/restaurants and entertainment areas. As most families now have a fur baby this should be reviewed. We have not long been to the Cotswolds in our campervan and our pooch was made welcome in 4 star restaurants.
Fabulous outdoor pool but not able to secure our pooch so we could see him whilst in the pool. Due to this reason we did not use the pool or see any of the evening entertainment.
Do take a hairdryer as none built in on site. Reception staff said they were available but the groundsmen said that was incorrect.

Em va agradar Excellent facilities, very clean, more than enough space on our pitch for what we needed, entertainment was great and there was entertainment all through the day and our boy loved it, plenty of activities for the kids to book, loads to do with the skate party, arcades, mini 4x4 hire, crazy golf and more. We had a couple of wet days and there was more than enough to do onsite to keep ourselves busy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also they have a train that will take you into Newquay town free of charge for hendra guests they also have a train that does a tour of the site every morning with the site mascot on board to entertain the children.
No em va agradar We went in the school holidays and we found it to be very over crowded, it was hard to find a table to sit at during the evening in both entertainment rooms and twice we just went back to our accommodation. Also because the swimming pool is open to the public and not just Hendra guests we found it very difficult to book a swimming session. WiFi wasn’t great either and we struggled to get signal at our pitch.

Swimming pools are really good
The food in the restaurant is absolutely fantastic. We ate in there a few times and the food was 10/10
Staff are very friendly and I thought the prices was fare
No em va agradar Only complaint I can say was some of the campers was very load on a night time past the time curfew.
Security was very good to come down to sort this out

No em va agradar The pitch was slanted slightly so made difficult to keep things on the table and slept other way round so we weren't tilted but can't really complain.
