No em va agradar Surprised at the number of very large potholes in the tracks leading to the pitches. Be prepared for your van to be thoroughly shaken. Good test for your packing. A lot worse than previously encountered on this site.

Staff were very friendly and also very helpful if you have any issues
No em va agradar We didn't like the fact that the gates are locked at 10pm and you will need to call a number for someone to open the gates if you needed to leave for an emergency.
It would be very helpful & more convenient if you had a gate with a code lock which you could give to the guest incase they needed to leave or if you did not get back before 10pm.

Em va agradar Perfectly located.
No em va agradar It says "chemical toilets" and they are strict on this. We were denied the access with our composting toilets, as many people before us (Park4Night), be very careful. And yes, I read the policy before booking, I genuinly thought it was "bring your own toilets" since composting aren't that common, and I since I never encountered such a strict rule.
The personnel was mean and unhelpful, even on the phone afterwards, and I got no refund (I booked 1h before coming so of course I couldn't apply for the 14-days policy).
On top of being absolutely uncooperative, I even heard from him "Looks like you lost your money mate". I mean why on earth would someone say something like this to a customer ? Just why ? He even repeated several times that "I chose to ignore the rules on purpose" without even listening to what I was saying.
The only solution proposed by that same man was "You can buy chemical toilets from us". Thank you man! So kind of you.
Customer service is a complete disaster at this campsite and that is really unfortunate considering the beauty of the site and the fact that we were simply looking for one single night. I tried to convice him that I wouldn't need to dump any waste since it was one night but nothing. I was just laughed at.
Please update your description. Please stop this scam and add clarifications around composing toilets. Especially since this isn't the first time you deny access for the same reason, and I'm afraid not the first time do that.

Em va agradar Peaceful location in the New Forrest. Under the trees out in nature. Some wildlife (apart from ponies) with owls hooting during the night. Friendly staff with choice of pitches ( find your own). Electric hook up available with drinking water and waste/recycling facilities nearby. Reasonable pricing. Motorhome service areas on site. Bike hire available.
