Dining inside or out, you can enjoy stunning riverside views

Nearly as big as the young man that caught this fine specimen in one of our coarse fishing ponds

Em va agradar: The site was well maintained and the facilities were clean. It's a really good location, it's easy to get to the lakes, Blackpool or the forests. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

No em va agradar: There is a very busy train track 1/2 a mile from the back of the site where the motorhome pitches are. Not a problem if you have earplugs. The electric is on a prepayment card, £5 per night and any unused is refunded. We have solar panels, so this didn't affect us but it's an extra expense you may not be expecting.

Em va agradar: The site was fabulous. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the facilities were great and extremely clean. I ate in the pub and the food was lovely and staff super friendly. A lovely site I’d highly recommend.

Em va agradar: Staff excellent, very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. As my wife uses a walking aid we were placed on a pitch, as requested, close to the toilet block which made life so much easier. The on-site restaurant and bar was very good with meals relatively basic but well cooked and presented, and prices acceptable.

No em va agradar: We found the allocated pitch space a little 'tight' which we found a little intrusive always looking into the next pitch occupant's window and the pitches were not as level as they could have been for a motorhome.

Em va agradar: Really enjoyed the place , fully equipped place, weather wasn't that brilliant whilst we was there but we made the most of it whilst we could, receptionists was brilliant helped us on especially on the first day we ended up with a hole in the tent and needed cotton and needle something u wouldn't think yo take camping with you lol 😀 but they managed to help and it was great. We will return again at some point. Thanks for a great stay .

Em va agradar: Claylands is an outstanding caravan and camping site. They have access to beautiful countryside, the river Wyre and an onsite Pub with superb Restaurant. We cannot recommend Claylands enough we are already looking forward to returning soon.

Em va agradar: We had a brilliant stay. The shower was amazingly clean the pub was ideal and the Sunday dinner was lush. We stayed 2 nights and might stay another night on our way home. I would recommend to anyone.

Llocs d'interès

You’ll find postcard-worthy surroundings all about Claylands. Water fans can meander along the winding banks of the River Wyre (so winding in fact, this is how the river got its name) and take a stroll on the river’s footpaths; Lancaster Canal is also nearby for lazy waterside ambles. The good news is that the river really is right on the doorstep at Claylands, so all you have to decide is which way you want to go. (If you’re really stuck, the staff on site will be more than happy to point you in the right direction, and reception is full of information leaflets and people ready to share their local knowledge.) Or you could just amble about snapping shots of this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty... The market town of Garstang, five minutes' drive from Claylands, is an excellent option for this latter, as its whitewashed cottages, uneven streets and country drinkeries may make the imaginative feel like they're in a Jane Austen novel. Further afield, Blackpool is half an hour away, and both the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales are reachable in under 40 minutes.

Només podreu entrar al càmping després de registrar-vos a recepció.

Arribades i sortides

Si la recepció es troba tancada a l'arribada, registreu-vos al/a la/a l' bar/restaurant or using contact the number provided on your booking confirmation on Mondays..

General

El bar (i/o el restaurant) està obert del 27/12 al 24/12.
S'ha de respectar el silenci absolut entre les 23:00 i les 9:00.

Gossos

Els gossos han d'estar fermats i vigilats en tot moment.
No s'admeten gossos de races/híbrids que figurin a la legislació de gossos potencialment perillosos ni cap dels següents: bull terrier, terrier de Staffordshire americà, rottweiler, qualsevol mastí anglès o tosa.

Parcel·les

Parcel·les: en arribar al càmping, haureu de pagar una fiança de 20,00 £ (22,95 €) que us reembossaran quan torneu el passi de seguretat/la insígnia d'entrada/les claus dels lavabos en marxar.

Recepció

La recepció està oberta de 9:00 a 17:00 entre el 20/07 i el 01/09, així com entre el 01/11 i el 01/04.

Seguretat

Es permet fer barbacoes sempre que no es facin directament al terra i hi hagi un adult que les vigili en tot moment.
Està prohibit fer fogueres.
Està prohibit portar armes de foc.

Vehicles

El preu només inclou un vehicle si viatgeu amb caravana o tenda de campanya. Si viatgeu amb autocaravana/càmper i voleu portar un vehicle addicional, cal que seleccioneu el cost extra corresponent.
Només es permet aparcar un vehicle al costat de la parcel·la. Els vehicles addicionals s'han d'aparcar a la zona designada.
No s'admeten caravanes continentals (caravanes construïdes amb la porta del passatger al costat dret) al càmping.
No s'admeten vehicles comercials (vehicles utilitzats amb motiu de feina o per transportar mercaderies o passatgers) ni vehicles amb propaganda al càmping.
