Em va agradar: It was a busy site with lots of families with children so great for the children to make friends. The swimming pool was great and they have floats and mats in the water for the kids to play on, it’s a good size and nice that you can sit and watch the kids from the tables at the side, if you didn’t want to swim. Nearly everywhere was dog friendly and this was a great bonus. We visited Clitheroe and would recommend this as a drive out, 25 mins away and such a nice town to wander round, Holmes Mill food hall is a must! Amazing views from the clubhouse, lovely to sit and have a drink and relax. Music just a little too loud in the daytime. All staff were beyond helpful, everyone we met was so lovely and friendly from the reception lady (dawn - so so nice and helpful) to the gardeners/maintenance men looked liked they enjoyed working there and were so chatty and welcoming.

No em va agradar: Pitches were very unkept, full of weeds and no clear divides from pitch to pitch. Bins were overflowing and quite a bit of rubbish around the grounds. No toilet paper in the bathrooms, although the toilets and showers were nice and fairly clean. Club house music so loud all the time, hard to talk when no entertainment on! But when singer was on it was a good atmosphere. Tv screens showing the football games as well was great for the lads. It was a shame really as it’s a good park but just felt a little unloved.

Em va agradar: The views and close to good walks.

No em va agradar: Pitches are chaotic with no defined pitch rules, toilets and showers were filthy, worst I've seen in 7 years. Kids entertainment, a word used loosely, was awful with rude disinterested 'animators" who only got excited when his Chinese food delivery arrived. And £45 per night is over the odds for this level of care.

Em va agradar: Lovely view !! But No toilet roll in any of the toilets for the whole weekends stay plus no hand soap!!! bins were over flowing everywhere. Definitely needs sorting as it’s a lovely park but let down by the general cleanliness!!

Em va agradar: Location. Good for walks. Bar was reasonably priced for drinks Toilets and showers were better than expected. Regularly cleaned. Kids enjoyed the site.

No em va agradar: No tap in pod although pictures show one. Bins need emptying more regularly Putting private pool parties on during scheduled swimming times. Taking a £50 deposit on the pod. There was nothing states this would be required. Pod had unwashed cups in the sink when we arrived and the floor hadn't been mopped No hot food or shop!! No Wifi

Em va agradar: Great location, very pretty, easy to find. Kids loved the play area/ footy pitch/pool. Activities for kids in clubhouse/bar during half term such a drawing. Staff were polite. The pod we stayed in was clean, comfortable bedding, plates/bowls/cups/wine glasses/ cutlery and electric. Plenty of outdoor space to play.

No em va agradar: General level of cleanliness across park was poor, particularly toilet/ shower block and pool - this would make me reluctant to return sadly. Dog poo bins overflowing. Nowhere to grab a coffee/ no shop on site (but there is a supermarket a short drive away). A BBQ area would be beneficial outside pods, it is all grass, although we were able to improvise and use a nearby rock as a base.

No em va agradar: Dirty toilets,no pool open,run down touring part. ,pitches to close luckily not many people when we moved pitches,dog bins overflowing

Em va agradar: - Little park - Kids club/entertainment - Pizza shop nearby - Shepards hut huge/clean - Views

No em va agradar: - Pool closed both days of 2 day stay. Very disappointed children. No signs and had to repeatedly ask staff who weren’t sure on opening. Issues with pool temperature. - Bar/entertainment areas were very unclean. Same food on floor 15-20 hours later. Tables dirty. - Toilet blocks weren’t as bad as expected. But lack of soap in dispensers. Someone (presumably kids) had caused mischief draping toilet rolls all over cubicles and throwing onto ceiling etc. This wasn’t cleaned our whole stay, meaning toilet block wasn’t checked or cleaned. - Seen cafe is due to open which will be a much needed addition to site. Missing a trick £ not having one. - Asked reception for WiFi (space to be entered on welcome envelope blank). But was told “there isn’t one”. Bizarre as there were several options for sure appearing.
