Em va agradar: Fantastic hosts. Well equipped for a short stay. Nice comfy bed, plenty of logs and kindling for the log burner and the fire pit. 10 min walk into denshaw for pubs etc. will definitely return. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

Em va agradar: Beryl and Dave made us feel very welcome upon arrival. The site is very secluded and plenty of amenities are provided. The pub down the road serves great food and the site is near some great walking routes. Got to see some deer walk past the window and watch the sheep grazing. It was too windy for us to use the fire pit but the indoor fire made us feel very toasty.
No em va agradar: No freezer to make ice cubes, so we drank beer instead of gin and tonics 😂

Em va agradar: The surroundings, beautiful and peaceful, private and secure. The Shepherds Hut was delightful! Exceptionally clean and the decor and little welcome "gifts" of biscuits, sweets, prosecco, milk, tea and coffee as well as fresh orange juice and water in the fridge we're special and very much appreciated. Tge lig burner and logs all ready to light kept us warm all night. Really lovely and friendly owners had great knowledge of the local and surrounding areas too. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Em va agradar: Loved our stay in this shepherds hut. Lovely owners with great communication. Everything you need for your stay plus the lovely little touches of the extras in the welcome hamper. The hut is on its own with nothing to overlook you with lovely views. No WiFi but we never struggled with a signal. We would return in a heartbeat

Em va agradar: Beautiful little hideaway. Absolutely lovely inside with everything you could possibly need - really cosy too. Owners were incredibly helpful, polite, and kept the accommodation to a high standard. There are 3 pubs in walking distance (depending how far you’re willing to walk, but 1 is only 20 mins or so away) but you could easily just take your own food/drink and spend a cosy evening inside. The weather was rainy for us- but it didn’t matter, we had a better time than we have camping in glorious sunshine! Shower and bathroom were spotless with everything you need, towels, shower gel, shampoo etc. Kitchen area was perfect and had everything we needed too. Bed was super cosy and we could’ve easily slept for another 12 hours, sad we didn’t book two nights! Will definitely be returning and recommending to everyone! Thank you 🐝 🤍
