Em va agradar: We really enjoyed our stay here lovely location, pub on site very friendly and the food was lovely steak meal first night and then Sunday lunch, site is very well looked after, toilets and showers clean, all amenities well thought out, Ralph who looks after the site is lovely he is very helpful and keeps things running well, fishing lake is good, we will definitely go back.

The warm welcome & great info about the surrounding area from Ralph.
The cleanliness of the facilities.
The adjoining pub including that it's located near enough to walk (stagger) back to the caravan but not too close that any accompanying noise is a bother.
The pitched are well spaced and created so you can interact with other caravanners.
Loved:
The peace & quiet.
Our dog loved the field next to the pub, plenty of bushes to sniff at & big enough to run around in.

The path/roadways are made of 'rock chunks' which can make it difficult for a mobility scooter or walking stick.

The Internet service is practically nil.

Re. The pub - the website really needs updating - menu prices and opening times are out of date so, misleading.

Em va agradar: Nice sized pitch could choose witch one we wanted as not very busy when we arrived although it filled up the next night pub next door had meal and it was good.Toilets shower block was clean but not very big but it didn’t seem to be a problem would stay again

Em va agradar: People were so friendly. This was our first time ever caravaning and we learnt so much from the people on site especially the warden of the site Ralph. He was brilliant better than any your tube video we would have had to use to get set up. The price was also so good.

Em va agradar: Like the easy going and relaxing atmosphere pub round corner as well for food.

Em va agradar: The pitches here are lovely , gravel space for your caravan and grass space for your awning and also plenty of room to put your table and chairs outside. The grass was mowed. There is a little lake that you can walk around and also fish there. There are static caravans around the fishing pond and the pitches although this says it is an adult only site the people that own the static caravans are allowed children in them.

No em va agradar: The toilets are very basic but were also very dirty. The mats in the shower had grime and mould underneath them. They were that bad We did not use them. We used our own facilities in the Caravan. There is also a lot of rubbish that needs clearing away behind the shower block where you get your drinking water from and the washing up area.

Nothing to do with pub, there's a reception hut inside to the left, or call the number.
Large pitches with 2 electric on our pitch so longer cable not necessary. Pond full of fish. Nice walk into village. White Swan is friendly and has lovely food served til 9pm.

No em va agradar: Chemical waste facilities could be more hygienic. We went after Easter weekend so could be because had been busy.

Em va agradar: Nice small quiet site with the bonus of a pub within the grounds. Lovely roast at the pub and nice Indian just a short walk. Shower and toilet were kept cleans adequate.
