Els hostes elogien el personal amable i servicial, l'excel·lent ubicació i l'allotjament i les instal·lacions molt netes. Les iurts són ben equipades i còmodes, envoltades d'atractius paisatges. No em va agradar Beyond the control of the owners we stayed in the heatwave and it was like an oven we were unable to go inside before 10 pm as it was too hot in there

Em va agradar Staff were very friendly. The ability to use the phone charger and boil the kettle was very helpful. Very close to amenities. Bedding very clean.
No em va agradar I felt the toilets and showers weren’t as clean as they were the year before. Spotless every time I went in previously but felt this year the standard had dropped slightly.

Beautiful site, well appointed yurts, clean facilities, helpful staff.

Em va agradar Lovely location for the site, the tent was spacious for three friends and very comfortable. Facilities were really clean and plentiful and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
No em va agradar We couldn’t fully close the front flap of the door which meant at night the tent felt a little cold.

Toilets - very clean & modern
Staff friendly
Yurts numbered making them easy to find & bolts on doors of the larger yurts.
No em va agradar - Yurt far too small with 4 bed frames with wooden slats inside. 1ft of space at entrance before needing to actually walk over the 3 beds (no space between frames) and a small amount of space by a 4th bed at top. Impossible to get clothes in / anything in. Very difficult when site is very muddy and you have young children to occupy. We moved to a larger Yurt for one night as this was only available for one night, then went home a day early missing our bookings for 2nd day at Hay festival due to this.
- Bedding was damp - that said it had rained the day we arrived which may have caused this but without any way to heat / air it, it remained cold and damp all night. Cleanliness score given to reflect this - the yurt carpets were clean.
- Tents very close together which means all you see is tents rather than beautiful countryside. Also makes it very difficult to set up gas bbq / chairs outside. Would be nicer & probably less muddy if yurts were around edge of field rather than in rows a couple of meters apart with a large aisle through middle that everyone walks up and down (this had become very muddy by the time we arrived).
- No option to pay for an electric hook up point which would be useful.
In summary the family tents / 4 person tents are not functional for more than 2-3 people and certainly didn’t feel like glamping. Yurts themselves are good quality and would most likely be fine for 4 people if using sleeping bags etc rather than being set up with beds.
