喜欢 Immaculate site, shower and toilet facilities were spotless. Very friendly owners welcomed us on site. There is one family bathroom which was ideal for us with having 2 children. Playground area, albeit small is ideal and naturally becomes a hub for the kids to play. Good location with Asda and a pub just up the road a ten min walk away. Sherwood Forest is also just a short drive away. Majority of the site is permanent tourers and static caravans, which is fine, just means the camping community is much smaller on this site.

不喜欢 The speed bumps along the drive were very big so be very cautious when coming on/off site.

喜欢 Incredibly friendly site owners, my 8 year old daughter had lots of fun playing with their children alongside the river. Clean toilet facilities and lovely hot shower. Very handy having a fridge and freezer to use. We had a choice of pitches and decided to pitch right along the river. Very picturesque. Loved hearing the sound of the cows echoing from across the river. Very child friendly - my daughter loved paddling in the river and she found it was a hot spot for crabbing! They sell wood and kindling on site which was handy for a camp fire in the evening. Having read previous reviews, we were a bit dubious about getting bitten by insects however, we didn’t get bit once whilst using insect repellent. You can drive into Looe within about 10 mins, or as some other campers suggested, during high tide you can paddleboard/boat down to Looe for the day. Will definitely be back again!

喜欢 Very friendly owners welcomed us upon arrival. Right on the beach front so could spend the day down at the sea without needing to drive. Toilet facilities were immaculate. Loved that there was outdoor shower to rinse off Sandy clothes and give the dogs a quick rinse before getting back into the tent. Delicious breakfast wraps by visiting food trailer every morning. Right next to the bay view bar/restaurant - amazing food and drinks, 100% recommend. Would definitely visit again.

喜欢 Everything! Shower blocks cleaned regularly, lovely new bar servings delicious pizzas. Great location as can walk directly into the forest from the site. Close to lots of attractions perfect for kids. Fishing on site, very family friendly. Animals are a big plus for my daughter. Second time staying, will definitely be back again!

喜欢 Just got home from a 2 night stay at the old dairy farm and had to write a review! The site is the perfect size with having a younger daughter, giving her plenty of space to run around and for us to play games on the grass. The facilities were spotless and staff could be seen keeping them clean throughout the day. The showers weren’t open when we stayed (due to COVID) however this wasn’t a problem for us - nothing some baby wipes couldn’t fix until we got home! We had a very friendly welcome from staff and they were more than happy to help. We hired a fire pit (free of charge) and paid just £7 for a big bag of firewood and kindling - well worth it! The goats, aviary and play area were a lovely addition. My daughter absolutely loved going back and forth to see all the animals and to play on the climbing frame. I’ve read some reviews about the train track adjacent to the site but this didn’t bother us at all. Not sure about WiFi facilities (if available) as we went to get away from it all, and that we certainly did! Overall one of the best sites I’ve been to. Very much looking forward to visiting again very soon!
