喜欢 Lovely clean site and friendly wardens, great cycling and walking with on site coffee shop, toilets always very clean despite a busy site, evening walk once the rain had stopped came across wildlife deer

不喜欢 Very remote nearest pub was closed down and shop several miles away so go prepared

喜欢 Lovely site for peace and quite just birdsong. Two toilets and one shower always very clean despite being a little old, the owner had put his back out and apologised for not cutting the grass the following day his son cut it, Wi fi makes up for lack of Tv signal just make sure you have a smart Tv or device to watch on. Very narrow road to the site but the lack of trafic meant this wasn’t a problem didn’t pass a single car the 4 times we went out overall good value for money

不喜欢 Although stated its remoteness you need to be relatively fit to walk to shop or pub a good 2 miles so go with plenty of supplies

喜欢 lovely site clean facilities, very welcoming site warden, excellent hard standing pitches, you feel a little bit isolated. Dont be put of by the entrance through a small industrial estate once you are on the site you cant see or hear anything, you can walk to the village about 20 mins across the fields or 30 mins by road but other than 1 pub general store and butchers block the couple of other shops and chippy are at the other end of the village which is a further 20 min walk. don' t like the electric arrangement as you are not sure how much you are going to use and once topped up by the warden any unused is lost, we visited in March with the heating on for a couple of hours at night and only used about £2 a day, several takeaways deliver here but be aware the leaflets are out of date and prices are incorrect overall good stay,

不喜欢 Electric top up if you run out in the night hard luck so keep an eye on the meter.
