喜欢 Staff were great. The troupers for the entertainment, the pool staff and the staff we came across in the reception, restaurant, arcade and shop. Food was great and the app to deliver to your table is great. Great location, beach on doorstep with plenty of places to eat / drink and the Jurassic Coast is right there to go an explore.

不喜欢 - If you book through Pitchup you can't pre book any of the activities as Parkdean doesn't recognise your booking reference number. This means you can't pre book any of the free swims and have to hope you get a walk in spot. - You have to pay additional for pretty much anything that isn't the free general swim (or the evening entertainment). It all adds up when you're paying £300+ for a pitch for 4 nights. - Swimming pool, the steps to the changing rooms & changing rooms themselves could do with some TLC. - You're not allowed a textbox. It says no tentbox on grass pitch, nothing was mentioned on the gravel pitch, so we booked this pitch- apparently, it's still an issue, if it's not allowed it needs to be clearer - there was no mention of this on the Parkdean website either.

喜欢 What a fab site! We wanted to just park up and not really do a lot and this site allows you to do exactly that. A small little shop on site (there is a petrol station / shop a ten minute walk away though), there is swimming pool, sauna, steam room & jacuzzi, (small) gym and a restaurant on site that just allows you to fully chill. Food was delicious (highly recommend the hog roast sausage roll) and staff were lovely. Wifi everywhere on site too which was great as signal is non existent. The ablutions were spotless. The site was small for those in campers / caravans, and whilst it was full over Easter weekend there was next to no one when we were there. I also left something in the gym, after I rang up and confirmed it was found, it was packed up and ready for posting within a couple of hours.

不喜欢 The access to gym / spa was a bit pricey but you get 10% discount for two hours access.

喜欢 Arrival info was detailed. Pitch was flat and super close to play park which was perfect as I was travelling on my own with two young children. Playpark was well maintained and great for the kids. Staff came around to check in with how you were. Lots of washing facilities for dishes. Hard standing toilets, and you can see they are investing in more facilities. Clean site. Will visit again.

喜欢 Location - literally backs onto Savernake Forest. Close to supermarket. You could walk into Marlborough - although we didn’t do this. Hard standing toilets.

不喜欢 No showers.

喜欢 Loved how you have the option of secluded spots for the tent pitches. The showers were clean and warm. The quarry which is exclusive to the site, proper tucked away makes for hours of fun. It is more expensive than your average camp site, but this is no average camp site, and it offered just want we needed and love in a campsite. Thank you :)

喜欢 We were greeted by the (lovely) owner on site and was so pleasantly surprised with what we got. The morning of, I started to worry about what we needed (bedding etc) so packed sleeping bags, and I had to confirm whether it had electricity and heating as I couldn't find the info. What we got was a modern, cosy, gorgeous hut where all the space was utilised as best as it could. We stayed with our 6 year old and five week old. The bed for the adults is a small double (although super comfy!), there was enough room down the side to put the pram for the baby and our son slept on the fold out sofa bed (again, super comfy). It comes with small fridge, toaster, kettle, foldaway table and chairs, and tea/coffee/sugar (come in sachets - he even provided sachets of milk in fridge). All your cutlery, plates, cups / glasses also included. The site itself is off a gated main road. A small and quiet site. There was two showers (free), that were hot and clean. Along with toilets / sinks and outside washing up area (would be nice if this was sheltered). The site is dark so torch is a must. Have recommended it to friends and would go back again.

不喜欢 There was nothing I disliked about the site / accommodation, but the description didn't tell us everything (or I failed to find what I was looking for - regarding bedding etc).

喜欢 We liked the simplicity of it. 4 portaloo toilets, 2 portaloo showers and a tap with running water. The water was hot in the showers and the toilets and showers were deep cleaned twice a day. The car parking area is kept separate so the children can run around in the field. The site is also clear of rubbish and the rubbish bags were collected daily.

不喜欢 What ruined it for us was the other people on site and the lack of consideration they clearly have for others. As the site doesn't have any staff on site so to speak there is no management of noise. Large groups where music is playing late into the night, including an evening where I was woken up by music at 1am. We only stayed 2 out of our 3 nights booked. Would love to come back again, but this does concern me.

喜欢 This is my ideal campsite. Away from people should you wish and covered by the trees so you're not sweltering in the morning sun. You're allowed open pit fires. Quiet time is at 10pm (although some people have issue with this....) The shower / toilet facilities were cleaned often. Staff were welcoming and friendly upon our arrival. Loved it and will visit again.
