喜欢 There wasnt anything I liked about the venue, the only thing we enjoyed was spending time together as a family

不喜欢 We was camping, the toilet and shower facilities was absolutely disgusting, so dirty, no hot water for showering, it was ice cold, the pool was absolutely freezing to the point I couldnt get in and my children look forward to swim when we go away and they could only handle the pool for 5 minutes, it was dirty. The whole park needs a deep clean. The activities was a massive let down. I made a complaint at reception and nothing changed.. when camping all we ask for is bear essentials like hot water and clean toilet and shower facilities.
