喜欢 Nice and easy parking right next to the fishing lake for my grandson. EHU and water nearby, also waste and rubbish disposal nearby. The chap in the fishing hut was very friendly and knowledgeable as well.

不喜欢 Needs a couple of toilets for campers to use onsite, as I don’t want to do No2s in my toilet 😜

喜欢 Great location and friendly helpful Staff

不喜欢 The shower block is inadequate for the amount of customers using them. With only 3 showers and potentially 65 pitches it is not going to work. Also I booked to use the pool /sauna/ steam room and when I got there the sauna was cold and the steam room smelt like Someone had died in there ( I used to work in a undertakers 🤭) I was told I should have turned it on, I would have thought someone from the staff should have checked first. It needs more water taps and there is no grey water disposal facility.

喜欢 Very well run site, clean and tidy with a great use of available space. Tracy was brilliant and came to my aid when my dog decided to roll in cow dung when we were up at the wall, she gave me a bucket and some dog shampoo which was great, the dog wasn’t too impressed though ;).

不喜欢 It’s one of the pricier sites and should have included electric hookup within the price, but it gave me a chance to use my Anker power bank which was adequate.

来自经理: Oh thank you Philip for the 10 score :-) I just wanted to respond on your comments about electricity and our pricing - the cost of electricity has pushed our annual bill up to £28k last year and if we included it in the pitch price we just wouldn't be a viable business unfortunately. Its nice to choose to have it or not. Our pitch price now in high season is £30.50 of which £6 is VAT and £4.50 is the pitchup fee - if we all booked with campsites directly we would see the prices starting to fall. The remainder is mostly business rates, staff costs, maintenance and utilities (we only make a very modest margin) I hope this helps explain. Hope to see you again soon! Steve

喜欢 The new bar and shop.

不喜欢 The ladies showers are not good with a couple not working properly, there are only 2 male showers which have shower curtains which are very unhygienic. Our alloted plot had a water tap that had been pulled from the wall and was just hanging by the pipe and the chemical toilet disposal area needs updating. We Left a day early.

喜欢 The food at the cafe was excellent and the staff were very friendly

不喜欢 Having to pay extra for electricity and get shower tokens for a 4 minute shower is a bit 1990’s and the toilet facilities are pure 1970’s but luckily were just passing through.

喜欢 Extremely well looked after site, everything was immaculate and the staff were excellent. The Carp lake is the thing that sets it apart from the rest of the sites.
