喜欢 Pretty much everything! The location was absolutely beautiful, right alongside the lake and one of the smaller streams contributing to it. It's own beach and a selection of fantastic pitches (loved the trees lit up at night too). Facilities were clean and plentiful - never had to wait for toilets or showers. Staff on site were always friendly when we spoke to them and the little shop was well stocked. Also noticed that everyone generally stuck to the quiet times too. Genuinely can't fault the site and would most certainly come back again. Obviously the lake is a big pull, and swimming was really lovely, but there are also some other things to do around the area, the Bala lake railway, pottery painting, King Arthur's Labyrinthe and Corris Crafts. We also really liked the planes flying over (not to everyone's taste but we found it fun!).

不喜欢 Nothing. One of the best sites we have stayed on.

喜欢 Everything. Keld Knowle Farm is a beautiful little campsite just outside of Pickering. The staff there were friendly and welcoming, the shower block absolutely gorgeous!! Clean, warm, well-lit, and beautifully appointed. The showers were strong and hot! The views across the Yorkshire countryside were stunning, and it was really lovely to see the cows coming and going. Friday's pizzas were delicious - perfect for the evening we pitched up, as we hadn't had a chance to go shopping yet. We had a really lovely time - our daughter especially liked climbing over the haybales!

不喜欢 The wind! Haha, can't control the weather really, but as the site is a little more open, it did get a little blowy at times! But it might have also been exacerbated by the way/direction we pitched.

喜欢 What a beautiful little campsite! Well kept, large pitches, handy water taps and stunning views of the countryside. Animals to keep the kids entertained! Cows, chickens and goats... But most certainly the farm cats Zelda and Zac - the latter was incredibly friendly and snuggled up with us! We are very much cat people tho - he must have known! The facilities were basic as many have said, but always available when we needed and always clean and stocked! The owners popped around a couple of times during the visit and we're lovely to chat to, friendly and always gave a wave. We had a lovely time and will definitely come back!

不喜欢 Wasps ... but, that's nature, can't really count those! Haha!

喜欢 Gorgeous location, lovely spacious pitches, very clean facilities (looked after regularly!), friendly owner. Great for the kids to play and explore! We had amazing neighbours and the very kind owner gave us extra time to pack away and vacate the pitch as the weather in the morning had been so bad - Thank you!!

不喜欢 The single track road was a little tight in places for our folding camper!! But we managed! Just! Otherwise, nothing to dislike here!
