Centrally located, easy to access and with far-reaching views over 200 acres of fields – Keld Knowle Farm Holidays is a convenient and scenic site for ticking off the top attractions of North Yorkshire. This working dairy farm is in Wrelton on the edge of the North York Moors National Park, between the pretty villages of Sinnington and Pickering (five minutes’ drive). Wanders in dramatic landscapes can certainly be had around here, as you can head off on ambles or cycle rides right from the gates; one of the area’s best routes is a day-long journey through woods and fields with stop-offs at local watering holes along the way. Don’t mind driving? Destinations within 10 minutes by car include Pickering Castle, the North York Moors Steam Railway and Beck Isle Museum. Horse riding is available close to the park too if you’d rather trot through the countryside. Tuckered out after spending hours out in the open air? Return to the farm and settle in to watch the cows and tractors at work (safe in the knowledge you won’t be asked to give anyone a hand…). This family-friendly site also does the basics right with stone roads for smooth driving, handy electric hook-ups, a smart bathroom block with underfloor heating, and easy access to drinking water. A pub is in Wrelton for eats, and the village also has a bus stop and a play area; a well-serviced shop and petrol station are a couple of miles away in Middleton. Meanwhile, pizzas are available on Tuesday and Friday evenings throughout the high season.

喜欢 Everything. The owners were welcoming, the pitch was shortly mowed grass we had plenty of space ,electric hook up & water tap next door to us which was handy. The shower& toilet block was immaculately clean water was always hot.
There were fresh eggs in a fridge outside shower block yu could purchase in the honesty box. Loads of information on a board in the hallway between the toilets.
A washing machine @£3 per wash, in a separate room next to showers with an airer also book swap table.
You can watch the cows being milked am & pm & look at the calves also the owners horse & the kittens were fun to watch.
It was a pleasure to stay there & wee would certainly return.

喜欢 Liked the location stunning views it was good to see how milk is produced on a dairy farm . It defo gave an insight to see how hard farmers work . Accomodation had everything you needed clean and comfortable .

不喜欢 Tv could do to be abit bigger and gas fire bit noisey when on . Other than that we had great stay.

Lovely setting.
A fab track at the bottom of the field, fully enclosed for dogs, great for morning/night toileting.
Very close to amenities if wanted.

喜欢 Excellent site. Very friendly family run site. Facilities were first class. Great working dairy farm with a viewing area to see cows being milked. Stunningly beautiful views and most of all it was so peaceful. A real hidden gem that we are glad we found and will definitely become regular visitors.

喜欢 Extremely friendly reception. Small and quiet camp site with a lovely view over the fields. The cleanest and cosiest toilets and showers I have ever seen on a camp site. Loved the kittens who were roaming the site :)

喜欢 Beautiful family run farm and site. The pitches were very well spaced and the picnic benches were a lovely addition.

Lovely to see the cows and we were lucky enough to see their kittens running around too.

The facilities were brilliant. Clean outside washing up space. The toilets were the best we have ever seen on a camp site (we have visited many all over the UK!) and absolutely spotless! Lovely little touches with the decor and plants too. Washing machine facilities available.

Nice dog walk along the farm if staying with dogs. Fresh eggs available to buy for breakfast from the farms chickens. What more could a happy camper want! ❤️
