喜欢 Lovely owners who have clearly worked very hard to get the space to where it is already, and would be interested to see how it continues to evolve.

不喜欢 Difficult/sticky mechanism on the toilet doors made it hard for kids to go to the loo independently.

喜欢 Lovely location close to favourite beaches. Bar was a lovely touch- drank there several nights, although didn’t sample the food. More toilets and showers would be better, but the goody basket of essentials including sanitary products, razors, shower gel etc was a lovely touch.

不喜欢 Prefer face to face welcome on arrival but small enough to find our spot regardless.

喜欢 - beautiful rural location. - very friendly farm cats joined us for dinner regularly and enjoyed some fuss which was great for kids and adults!

不喜欢 - lack of contact with the owners- called when we were due to arrive and was told I should have had a text regarding pitch number but this was never received. Saw no one for the duration of the stay. - “back to basics” facilities were tired and unclean. Lock stuck, sink was wobbly, cold water only for washing up etc. - lack of signage eg toilet block was impersonal and would have made the site feel more family friendly. - bin was overflowing and there was no recycling. - there was a huge hole near the toilet block for no clear reason which is a hazard, particularly for children.

来自经理: Thank you for your feedback. As the site is only small it doesn’t warrant anyone there full time. Iam not quite sure what happened to the message regarding pitch number. We call down on the site a couple of times a day. Some people enjoy the system we have and unfortunately some people don’t. We are very busy with running the farm and the time we do have spare we spend with are children. Iam sorry that we didn’t get to welcome you personally. We are always available on the phone. The site does state basic facilities. Again some people are happy and some people expect more. The bins was full and we was waiting for the bin men to collect the rubbish. What we seem to find is that people dump all there rubbish eg. Chairs tents. Clothing. Used bbqs ect instead of taking them home with them or going to a tip. This causes alot more rubbish than we account for.
