喜欢 This is the 4th time we've stayed here.The site is perfectly situated not far from the tunnel, aprox 27km, easy to find and in a nice clean country area. Close to hypermarket and shops. The owner is very pleasant and goes out of her way to accommodate your wishes. The restaurant is good,with a variety of food on the menu,and reasonably priced.We will be pulling up here again most definitely. Thank you saint louis

喜欢 nice natural campsite with lots of forest trails, owners extremely helpful and friendly,will go out of their way to help. It's situated just 20 minutes from the schlucsee ,a beautiful lake where you can hire all manner of watersports gear,great electric boats fir an hour,goid cafes and restaurants, very clean,not like the uk is anymore! If you own an e bike you can ride fir miles on almost fresh tarmact roads with no potholes. Another excursion that we liked was the Rothouse brewery, 10 minutes from the site,park on rhs by tourist info if your in a motorhome, big spaces and walk to it,5 mins,Good restaurant there serving wonderful schnitzel,and you can also visit the brewery shop and buy the different beers. We brought 12 bottles for 10€ that works out at 70p a bottle! We will definitely be back to waldcamping most definitely. Thank you owners,see you soon.

喜欢 We like this site,its a friendly place to pitchup and relax,great situation just a short distance from the tunnel but further enough away to be quite and in the country. Restaurant serves good food and beer reasonably priced,were away for two weeks travelling through France to Germany and Switzerland then returning to stay here for another 2 nights to explore the surrounding area,recommended

喜欢 If your looking for a nice peacefull natural site with friendly helpfully owners thus one will tick all your boxes. Just an easy journey off the A4 to find this gem,fresh local bread can be ordered at the reception as are other things like wine,ice creams. There is a lovely walk around the lake which is full of big carp if you want to fish.to me it was extremely quiet,which is what I like sometimes. We will most definitely be back here, with bikes next time

喜欢 Beautiful campsite that is absolutely perfect either if your going home on early channel crossing or arriving. Just be aware if you have any early crossing like we did the barrier won't be open till 6am,we had to leave at 5am cause of dog control so they have a couple of spaces outside the barrier to enable you to do this. Very friendly people,we booked into their excellent restaurant for evening meal,great selection of food,drinks etc. Pitches are big and clean,bring a long power cord because the hookups are quite spaced out. We are definitely coming back here without a shadow of a doubt to explore that part of France. channel tunnel is only 30 mins away on an easy to get to road. Top marks to staff who are friendly and always happy,and to the chef who looked extremely busy. I walked up to the loos at night and watched them all tidying up great team there.
