喜欢 The location was great. It was quiet and close to Stratford town centre. Facilities were clean and hot showers. Riverside venue was convenient and there is a pub called the Crown which was excellent and only a short walk away.

不喜欢 When I booked, the arrival policy was clearly stated up to 6pm. I emailed in the morning to say that I might be a few minutes after and the email back said that the policy was actually 5.30pm and if you arrive afterwards you can park down the road in the leisure centre car park! I then spoke to the office and was again told that 5.30pm was the policy despite 6pm being on the website. Eventually, I persuaded them that 6pm was ok as an exception but was made to feel that I was in the wrong. I have now seen that the policy has changed to 5pm. Customer service could have been better.

喜欢 Lovely location with great pub next door. Really friendly and accommodating staff.

不喜欢 Area around the toilet block was smelly which the management were aware of.

喜欢 Great location on edge of Hartland and only a very short walk to the pub. Showers and toilets were very clean with instant hot water. Friendly owner.

喜欢 Friendly staff, clean toilet and shower facilities, good location. Also handy that the Ship Inn, which was very close served great food.
