喜欢 The campsite was very clean in general and the toilets, showers and dishwashing facilities were also clean and well equipped. The campsite felt safe and peaceful although the road noise at night was quite loud. That didn’t bother us but may bother some people. I liked the self check-in as it made everything very slick although it was strange not to see or speak to any members of staff for our whole visit.

不喜欢 The lights didn’t work in 2 out of the 3 toilets/ washrooms for our whole trip but randomly came on briefly if someone went in one of the other toilets at the same time. We were a little disappointed at the games room which only had a functioning table-football table as the table-tennis table had no balls so was unusable. There was also no pool table which was in the photos on the website (which we were looking forward to) and we could not get the games console to work.

喜欢 The beautiful site situated in woodland. The wide range of activities available were excellent. The fact that everyone observed the quiet hours after 10pm which you don't find in many places.

不喜欢 The toilets often smelled unclean which was a shame and our freezer packs were stolen on the first day which meant we struggled to keep our food cold and therefore safe. This is not the fault of Avon Tyrrell but impacted our stay slightly.
