喜欢 The restaurant was very good. The shuttle bus to bus terminal was a nice touch

不喜欢 Arrived to a receptionist who's attitude felt like everyone and everything was an inconvenience. We're told to choose our own pitch which we thought was odd, as we have a XL tent and they had asked for dimensions on booking. The only pitches available were not big enough. The tent just fitted in with no room outside. The facilities left a lot to be desired. Out of 13 ladies loos, 2 had seats and none had toilet paper. There was no soap or hand drying facilities in the washrooms. None of the gents loos had seats. Nowhere in the information did it say to take your own and it was a bit of a shock. The description didn't accurately explain how hilly the site was and how few handrails were in place at steps. Having a slight mobility problem, I found this all very taxing. Similarly I was unable to use the pool as the ladder steps were too high and steep to get out.

Vorremmo però chiarire alcuni aspetti della Sua esperienza. La possibilità di scegliere direttamente la piazzola al momento dell'arrivo è una modalità che adottiamo proprio per permettere agli ospiti di valutare personalmente gli spazi disponibili e individuare, tra quelli compatibili con il proprio mezzo o attrezzatura, la soluzione più adatta. Naturalmente la scelta è legata alla disponibilità del momento e alle caratteristiche della sistemazione prenotata. Per quanto riguarda la conformazione del campeggio, l'Happy Village si sviluppa su un terreno naturalmente collinare. È una caratteristica strutturale della nostra posizione e, per chi ha particolari esigenze di mobilità, è certamente un elemento da considerare nella scelta della sistemazione. Il nostro staff è comunque disponibile ad assistere gli ospiti nell'individuazione della zona più comoda in base alle loro necessità. Per i servizi igienici, alcune delle modalità organizzative possono risultare diverse da quelle a cui si è abituati in altre strutture. La pulizia viene effettuata e controllata regolarmente, mentre carta igienica e alcuni prodotti di uso personale vengono normalmente gestiti direttamente dagli ospiti. Per quanto riguarda la piscina, l'accesso avviene attraverso una scala prevista per l'utilizzo dell'impianto e, come per la conformazione generale del campeggio, può non risultare adatta a tutte le esigenze individuali. In presenza di particolari necessità motorie, consigliamo sempre di informarsi preventivamente sulle caratteristiche della struttura, così da poter individuare la soluzione più adatta. Ci dispiace infine che il primo approccio alla reception non sia stato percepito positivamente. La disponibilità verso gli ospiti è per noi importante e prendiamo comunque il Suo commento come un'occasione per prestare ancora maggiore attenzione all'accoglienza. Grazie per aver condiviso anche gli aspetti positivi del soggiorno. Speriamo che, in una futura occasione, possa vivere l'Happy Village in modo più confortevole. 喜欢 Everything was good. The facilities were clean and tidy The staff were friendly and efficient. The restaurant offered lovely food and reasonably priced. Simone was a happy, friendly host, who worked extremely hard.

不喜欢 The pool steps! Dye to mobility issues, I found it extremely hard to exit the steps as the ladder rungs were too far apart.
