不喜欢 Probably not the sites fault but no access to the beach which was the main reason for the visit

来自经理: We are a family site and as you visited during the main school holidays, it was obviously going to be busy with families and children. We have been fully transparent about the beach, perhaps some research before you booked would have been appropriate. We wish you well in finding a site better suited to your needs.

喜欢 The area and views

不喜欢 Says in the description - minimal facilities,but you'll have access to two unisex toilet/shower blocks. However one of them was locked and the other one didn't have any water so couldn't be used anyway. No, it wasn't cold outside. Also no water at the dish washing facilities at the rear. Site was pitch black, which is not the end of the world but could have mentioned this somewhere in the description. Overpriced for what there is to offer

来自经理: Thank you for your comments, however I would like to say that, As per the terms and conditions on Pitch Up, it clearly states that in winter there are no facilities. This is due to issues with freezing pipes, being an off grid non electric site. As soon as it gets to minus temperatures, the water has to be turned off and the pipes drained to prevent burst pipes. Unfortunately, we cannot just keep turning on the water and re draining it, as and when it freezes as this is not practical. The site is non electric, (again clearly stated on pitch up) therefore there are no external lights and we recommend all visitors bring torches, which again is stated on Pitch Up.

喜欢 Quiet, peaceful location with lovely views. Could see some other campers in the distance but no-one too close. Had a great time

不喜欢 Grass overgrown (was not too big of an issue used ground sheet to level it out) Could do with more portaloos in different locations as had to walk far to get to ir

喜欢 Friendly owners, good size pitches

不喜欢 Constant road noise. Website says campfires allowed however barely allowed us to have a BBQ by our pitch. Camping without a fire is not camping. Bar and shop overpriced. Original booking got cancelled and got moved, wanted to add another day got charged double
