不喜欢 Nobody there to check us in so we didn’t know where we were meant to be or anything; quite bizzare! We pre-booked but from what we experienced it would seem that that you could just stop, pick a pitch and stay!

The issue with the road will be solved at the end of october, when the highway will be finished and the cars go through a tunnel. From then on, there will be practically no traffic:-)

喜欢 The shower and toilet block was excellent we have been travelling for the last 7 years and have visited many campsites and can definitely say this was the best we have ever seen spotlessly clean !!!
The Restuarant was lovely and delivered good service
The views were stunning

不喜欢 The campsite needs attention very untidy
The fact that there is no one too attend too you when you arrive
The bin area was locked and you were told too use municipal bags but there were none available and no one too ask for one.

We are a bit confused, when you first say, the campsite was spotlessly clean and then you mention that it's very untidy.
There is no one there as our campsite is described as a self-check-in campsite on Pitchup.
As we have signed in the sanitary building and bin area, you can aquire the binbags in the restaurant:-)
We are happy, that you enjoyed your stay with us and hope to see again some day.

不喜欢 The facilities where unavailable water had to be got from near reception don’t respond to email when asked about late arrival so ended up staying in a store car park with small children as we felt unsafe and site didn’t reply if late arrival was ok.

Offered to use private toilet with shower as shower block off but this was limited to 6 mins with 5 mins wait between so had cold children waiting for it to come back on which is bad in the alpes in winter

We are sorry, that you had a bad experience.
We will take your suggestions to heart and use them to improve our offer.
Concerning the showers, these are eco-showers, ecological to counteract water waste. As we have very cold temperatures in winter, we cannot leave all water points connected, but we have a water pint available.
Since it is a self check-in campsite, there won't always be somenone around to answer yur requests via mail.
