Resort Els Pins is at Catalonia's seaside town of Malgrat de Mar, and so close to its local beach that only an access road separates the sand from the site. Add in the mild Med climate and the setting between Montnegre Nature Park and the sea, and you might rightly think that things are very fine here indeed... This is a popular and lively site, with up-to-date amenities including shower and loo blocks in each camping field, free hot water, disabled and family-friendly facilities and a launderette. 不喜欢 Pues el comportamiento del turno noche. Me ocuparon mk plaza de parking por 2 veces y eso que estaba pagado. Y poca solución pusieron. Más que ellos ni podían hacer nada y eso no debería de ser así. Y en la mañana vuelta a ser ocupada y al final me quedé en la plaza que aparqué. En fin... los amigos no quieren volver. No quedaron contentos … y yo soy habitual… en fin…

喜欢 Well equipped campsite, helpful staff, great facilities, good distance to local tourist spots with an hour's drive or so and the beach on your door stop.

不喜欢 Feels a bit "hemmed in" with all the static caravans lined up and facing each other and lacks a little character. This didn't bother us as we went in the office season and there's very very few people there.

Over seven kilometres of soft sandy beaches await at Resort Els Pins's town of Malgrat de Mar, the popular seaside resort that also comes with a decent range of shops, bars and restaurants, an old market and a good chunk of good-looking architecture including the sixteenth century Church of Sant Nicolau, known because of its size as the 'cathedral of the coast'. Also very close by, the mouth of the River Tordera about 500 metres away is just the spot for some Spanish birdwatching, kitesurfing or windsurfing, and the Marineland Catalunya waterpark is less than a kilometre and a half away. To the east of Malgrat de Mar and across the estuary of the Tordera lies the busy seaside resort of Blanes with more sandy beaches and some steep cliffs; although it's a lively little place, you should be able to find a few quiet little coves here if you want them. And another very fine thing: Malgrat de Mar train station is about a kilometre and a half away and has direct links to Barcelona, for days exploring Las Ramblas, the Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera, Camp Nou football stadium, the many museums…
