Camping El Sur

喜欢: Loved the site. The facilities were nice and clean. The pitch was level and easy to park. The receptionist is very knowledgeable about the local area. Parking at the local train stations is very affordable if you want to park near town and explore. Town itself is walkable distance. We had the chance to see the Ronda flamenco show which we highly recommend if you get the chance.

不喜欢: The alley way/short cut to the toilets needed lighting.

不喜欢: Main campsite was full on night one even though we had a three day booking. Made us stay in adjacent caravan only for first night (and charges were appropriate). Suboptimal to spend our day 2 moving van.

喜欢: The welcome from Carmen and Loredana was just lovely. We had a great pitch -,completely flat and suitable for all weathers. Sanitary block spotless and there was hot water for washing up in a pleasant utility area. Laundry area also good. Easy walk into Ronda. Great setting.

喜欢: This campsite was brilliant.The staff were so helpful and pleasant. We were there for 9 days in mostly inclement weather
( unheard of for this time of year so the locals say). We had a choice of pitch and were happy with the space we chose though it would have been tighter had we chosen to put up our awning but plenty of people did.There was a supermarket in the village and Ronda was doable on foot.
The restaurant on site serves the most devine food. We had take aways because we had our dog with us and it was too cold/ wet to sit outside the restaurant.
Would certainly go back

Good size pitches and great facilities.
Nice walk from site to the lovely town of Ronda which has some good cafes and restaurants.

喜欢: We got a warm welcome, excellent customer service, from the staff on reception, both Lorri and the other lady couldn’t be more helpful, this is very important as that’s your first impression of the site. We had a problem with the weather therefore instead of arrival on Tuesday we couldn’t arrive to the Thursday, this was not a problem they just amended our arrival date. Site was lovely, very tidy and the toilets were very clean, staff cleaned them through out the day and checked them before they finished at night. We loved the site plus Ronda therefore we extended our stay. We will definitely be back. Thanks again for making us feel very welcome.
